They have fully taken over all the marketing activities needed for our company. When the cooperation started the focus was the company identity and branding and then they focused on content and various campaigns. 

The goals for the cooperation are to ongoingly work on the topics needed based on our business goals. The brand awareness and the generation of new opportunities are the key aspects of the cooperation. In short, they act like a outsourced marketing department who aligns the activities with the overall business goals.

The overall focus topics are decided together with them monthly or quarterly. After this is done they share the specific activities to be completed and ask for reviews as they move things forward. There is reporting in place on weekly basis and we also plan meetings depending on the need. We have a good communication and they tend to adapt fast and do their best in understanding our business and goals.

They redid our website, offering a fresh and simple to use interface, cohesive look and a brand new ordering process for themed cakes. Also, they are handling all our social media posts, including planing, scheduling, etc. A new project that we started with them is a plan to redo the online presence for our pastry chef,including a new logo, new website and cohesive look between website and social media platforms.
