Our updated website supported a digitally augmented live event at a convention that grew our Discord server's member count by 100 users. The new design is visually striking and future-proofed for forthcoming updates. Our artist and programmer were able to easily communicate and collaborate with Dose of Culture's team.

Dose of Culture presented all deliverables within the specified dates. They also adapted to changes to our timeline as necessary and with aplomb. While the overall collaboration was very positive, there were moments where a bit more structure around the feedback process could have helped streamline iterations. Setting clearer checkpoints for review and locking in certain decisions earlier might have saved some time. That said, their openness to feedback and willingness to adapt made it easy to work through these moments.

Olya designed & delivered several important projects for our team: a redesign for 3 pages on our website in desktop/tablet/mobile, a 3 page B2B company overview doc, a printed tri-fold we will use for a conference, a stand-up banner, and an originally designed 'for provider' page.Olya's worked touched print, digital, B2B and B2C facing materials. At each step, Olya was highly attune to our specific brand needs, often taking a rough draft of written copy/requirements & transforming it into a beautiful and professional design. She collaborated closely with our team in achieving these projects in a timely manner, often ahead of schedule.

She uses the most up-to-date technology, like AI, to ensure the project moves quickly while retaining a sense of originality. It's not often you find someone who is as professional, creative and collaborative as Olya.

Clearer expectations around hours worked. While the projects were done in a timely manner, it would be helpful to know when the work would be done considering the time difference.

The websites represented the debut of both the start-up and our primary product, and as such, Dose of Culture's contributions shaped the brand bible for each respective project. The project had a three week deadline.

The sites publically debuted over Labor Day weekend, hosting a live gaming experience at a convention. The game was well-received by convention goers and To Whit Ventures was able to capture email addresses from potential subscribers.

Dose of Culture met every pre-defined deadline, provided innovative solutions to design challenges, and accommodated our requests throughout the project. They communicated on a daily basis, providing summaries of the daily work, and questions for the coming day. They were also prompt responding to emails and punctual for video meetings (despite a significant difference in time zones).

We had several projects that needed extra design support, which required a quick turnaround.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dose of Culture has worked on a number of projects focused on core product enhancements for our platform and an onboarding flow. In all cases, the deliverables have been ready for development designs in Figma and prototypes. The team has redesigned the onboarding process altogether, from signup to starting a trial. They’ve also worked on dashboard customization, custom views, and a new navigation design.
