We were planning for our first-time Employee Awarding event, The Kamal Prize, and for an inspiring documentary about our Chairman, which was also the theme of our award event. Our goal was to implement an Oscar level Awarding event and Doleep made is much easier for us to make our vision come beyond true.

the selection was made first based on a web search for Top production agencies then through meeting with the agency and checking their portfolio and similar projects done. Deep could easily translate our vision into practical steps and showed high expertise and confidence in handling similar projects.

We started with a plan based on what we are looking to achieve. Based on the plan we agreed on production days to video shoot employees' speeches in UAE and KSA and self-recording in our countries. Doleep then worked on editing the video to produce the documentary. in the meantime, we were also preparing for the Awarding Event, and Doleep coordinated with third parties involved in the Event making as well. Planning for the event media and broadcast was totally led by Doleep since they got high expertise in the field.

We held our Employee Awarding event on June 8th in Dubai and played the documentary during the event to all our employees. We do have the Kamal Prize youtube channel where we have broadcasted the event.

Many communication channels were used during the project which was mostly emails and WhatsApp messaging in addition to frequent meetings... which kept us very much involved and updated with the work completed or any change they were suggesting ahead. dealing with Doleep members was easy and smooth which made us very comfortable and relaxed.

Their dedication, commitment and sense of urgency to meet a positive output were actually impressive and unique sets in doleep

we have finished our corporate video by October due to the lockdown of covid 19 we were scheduled to display the video in June, but with the disruption in the aviation industry, we have resumed the work and finished the video last month, as of now all the stack holders are quite happy with the video, and we started to show the promotional videos on some commercial flights that already generated some consumer business for us, which is really good.

Both of our teams were pretty integrated, we mainly used Doleep online platform to upload and download files, things were very smooth, then the COVID 19 happened, sadly our work was halted for quite some time but we have resumed activities in our way to launch before November 2020.

Doleep Studios experience of EMS Fitness was unheard of, it is really hard to find any company that heard about EMS Fitness or Training when started working with Doleep Studios they had already 60+ EMS fitness clients, which is crazy, this truly added a lot to our brand and our content, they have deep insider knowledge of the industry that made for outstanding process and results.

Doleep Studios worked with us to create a 1:30-minute video. The process itself was pretty straightforward. Although we’d suggest specific ideas for what we wanted in the video, we also needed them to guide us to make the end result better. Their team sent us multiple ideas, pitching various directions to go in while still trying to match what we were looking for.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Overall, the project management was really great in terms of their service and the way they reached out to us. We mostly communicated through video/phone calls and emails, and they respond quickly to keep things moving forward. Time-wise, the project did end up dragging along, but that was due to several factors.

the film production development took far less time than our previous projects with Doleep team, the production cost were spot on. Our new team members reported that the information contained in our film has provided them with a great amount of information for the time of the video. Our Management team were pleased with the film and we think that it helped integrate our team members better

Both teams worked very hard to ensure that the final outcome would be better than expected. They delivered a storyboard for us to approve, did the production per the plan, and delivered the video as promised.

The fact that we chose to work with Doleep Studios again really shows how much we enjoy working with them. Besides having a strong work ethic, the team was really cooperative. They were open to hearing out our ideas while adding their own input to improve our Film.

Doleep Studios should consider providing a more polished storyboard or even giving a bit more information so that the client can better picture the end product. This would also help alleviate some of the client’s concerns.

We have seen Doleep Studios work in a film festival before, and we liked the way they told the story, the film was the Cloud Seeding Story of life, it is available online, we wanted to tell our story in the same way, documentary-like film.

We started initially working with Doleep team on one film, the development process was very interesting, they are truly a film company and they handled our project like one, it was interesting to work with this group seeing film props, director chairs..etc

It was a fun and creative experience that opened our eyes on new possibilities of messages that we can communicate with video, eventually, we did work on 8 additional films with bigger ambitions and goals for over 2 years.

The team was truly a unique group of crazy artists, they don't hide that fact, overall working with creatives and artists can be a bit hard but our account manager was Profissional and organized and she handled our requests very well, shout out to LILIT it was great working with you.

it was hard to scale our project that required filming in 5 additional countries, filming in Africa was incredibly difficult, if doleep team can improve and expand their overseas operations it would be great for them, one more thing the video transfer system can be easier to use.
