DOitWELL provided us with a fast, simple solution that solved all of the technical issues that we had. We’re now able to efficiently process more than 3,000 requests per day, as opposed to the 800 requests that we struggled to keep up with before we had the system. They also provided us with feedback and recommendations that are in line with our market needs and our requirements for the system.

DOitWELL has performed well in terms of project management. They deliver everything on time, and they’re incredibly professional and transparent.

They have a good staff that is very qualified and very responsive. We used Google Meet, Zoom, and phone calls for communication.

I’m the co-founder of a family business with my wife. Our main business is dog breeding, but we also have an online pet product shop, especially for dogs. Some of the items are produced in our factory in Ukraine, and we trade worldwide. Additionally, we have other items from other partners in our shop.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before, it was difficult to unite all the information; we often lost customers. After DOitWELL connected the CRM systems to our communication channels, the process became more manageable. Now, we don’t lose customers.

Moreover, we can see if our managers are working correctly with customers. For example, we can oversee if they make mistakes and the conversations they have with customers. Whenever there are mistakes, we have meetings to improve the quality of work, the number of items we sell, or the customer service.

How did DOitWELL perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a good relationship with them; we’re satisfied. The team is available 24/7, and it’s easy to control the staff, which is very helpful. Also, they’re very responsive to any issues we raise with them. They’ve been flexible in their prices, considering the current financial situation due to the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. We pay approximately the same fees as in the beginning. 

We mainly use Telegram and phone calls as our communication channels.
