DMM Productions provided several tips videos and a number of about us and other content videos on our webpage. Overall, they delivered around 50 videos.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest measurable outcome has been the amount of useful video content we’ve been able to add to our website and marketing. DMM Productions has helped us create a growing library of short tips videos, along with other video content throughout our website. These videos give our clients and prospective clients an easier way to understand what we do, learn about technology and security topics, and get to know our company before ever contacting us.We’ve also been able to reuse the content across our website, social media, email communications, and client education, giving us much more value from each project than just a single video. Overall, the work has helped us build a more professional online presence and communicate what The MacGuys+ does in a way that is much more personal and engaging than text alone.Although we didn’t track specific metrics or tie individual client inquiries directly to the videos, the value has been more practical. We now have a growing library of professional video content that we can use on our website, in social media, and directly with clients to explain services and answer common questions.The tips videos, in particular, have given us an easy way to share useful information while putting a real person and personality behind our company. We’ve received positive feedback on the content, and it has become a valuable part of how we communicate and market The MacGuys+.Clients have responded well to the videos, especially the short tips content. I often send clients a link to a video when they have a question or are looking for more information on a particular topic. It gives them a quick, easy-to-understand explanation and has saved me a significant amount of time because I don’t have to explain the same topics over and over.The videos also help make our company more personal. Clients get to see and hear from the person they’re working with, which is important for a relationship-based business like ours. The content has become more than just marketing. It’s now a useful resource that I regularly use with clients.

How did DMM Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

DMM Productions was excellent from a project management standpoint. Everything was delivered on time, the work was professional and well-organized, and there was a great deal of attention to detail throughout the process. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was the attention paid to details I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. DMM Productions brought their own experience and creative perspective to the project, anticipated things that could make the final product better, and didn’t rely on me to direct every little detail. That made the entire process easy and resulted in a much more polished final product. They made me very comfortable as we shot the video as well, taking a lot of the stress out of the process.Overall, the combination of creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail was impressive. DMM Productions didn’t just show up and shoot what I asked for. They took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and brought ideas to the project that I wouldn’t have thought of myself.They have a great ability to take a rough idea and turn it into something polished and professional while still making it feel natural and authentic to our business. That combination of technical skill, creativity, and understanding the client is what really stood out to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m struggling to come up with anything. The projects have been well-organized, on time, and the final work has exceeded my expectations. Maybe they could bring donuts next time? Other than that, they should keep doing what they’re doing.

We needed help creating 30- and 60-second video advertisements to be used in a variety of local settings.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We wanted an ad that would highlight our renovated bank and our community involvement. We received a positive community response and had a number of community members comment on how much they liked the ad and enjoyed seeing it play in town at the local movie theater and sporting events.

DMM Productions delivered on time. We communicated via in-person meetings, email, and a messaging app.
