Erika was on top of everything, over delivered and kept me updated. Communication was excellent.  My website gets complimented regularly by customers, and that tells me it’s doing its job. The writing is clear, the layout is easy to follow, and everything looks professional without being overdone. The logo and tagline fit my business well and give it a solid, trustworthy look. I don’t waste time on things that don’t work – this does.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen improved clarity in our messaging. Clients and vendor partners now have a much better understanding of what we do and how we structure financing, which has reduced back and forth and initial confusion. We’ve also seen stronger brand positioning. The transition from the old brand name is now clearly reflected online, helping us better connect with physician-based practices while still remaining inclusive. Moreover, we’ve seen a better user experience across devices. The site performs well on both desktop and mobile, which has made it easier for clients to engage and submit applications from anywhere.Overall, the new site is doing exactly what we needed it to do. It presents our business in a more professional way, builds trust faster, and supports more productive conversations with prospects.We focused on a few practical data points to measure performance. We tracked the number of inbound inquiries and saw an increase in completed submissions. More importantly, the quality improved. Prospects are providing more complete information upfront, which helps us move faster.We also saw a shorter gap between the initial inquiry and moving into a credit review or structured conversation.
