We engaged DigitalSuits for two phases of work on our Shopify ecommerce store, a D2C adventure motorcycle accessories brand selling across 110+ countries.

Phase 1: UX/UI Redesign (Aug–Oct 2025): DigitalSuits conducted a CRO-focused redesign of our Shopify store using the Motion theme. They reviewed our internal CRO audit, analysed competitor sites and heatmap data, and delivered high-fidelity Figma wireframes and mockups for all key pages (homepage, product pages, collection pages) at desktop and mobile breakpoints. The goal was to improve conversion rate, average order value, and overall user experience.

Phase 2 — QA Testing (Jan 2026–present): Following the design phase, we brought on a dedicated QA specialist from DigitalSuits to test the website build (executed by our in-house team) against the delivered designs. This is an ongoing monthly engagement covering cross-browser testing, responsive design verification, and functional QA.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site has just gone live so we don't have measurable conversion or revenue data yet. That said, the go-live was a success - everything functioned as expected, which speaks to the quality of the QA work. Early feedback has been very positive: customers and internal stakeholders have noted the site is significantly more user-friendly, and product data is displayed much more clearly and effectively than before.

everything was delivered on time and we're happy with the end result. The one area for improvement would be communication during the design phase - we would have liked more proactive check-ins around specific deliverables and due dates. We raised this during the engagement and it was addressed. Overall the project management was solid, particularly from Slava who was responsive and ensured everything ran smoothly on the commercial and relationship side.

I've worked with DigitalSuits across multiple projects and agencies over the years, and they consistently impress me. The quality of their deliverables is excellent, but what really sets them apart is their willingness to go beyond the brief - they proactively share expertise, offer suggestions, and give honest opinions that genuinely add value. Their knowledge of the ecommerce space is outstanding; they clearly know their field inside out. They're professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with - always proactive in their communication, asking the right questions, making sure you're happy, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Not really - I'm very happy with their services, deliverables, and their people. Any issues that came up were addressed in real time during the projects, and they actively worked to improve. They followed through on that and genuinely did better. All in all, I can't think of anything they could have done differently.
