Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a door to door sales company working for multiple companies as a sales partner for their door to door campaign. I am positioned as Chief Financial officer for the company looking after the financial aspect of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire DIGITAL TRENDS, INC., and what were your goals?

We hired DigiTrends to manage our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software along our HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Being a door to door business we had a lot of leads over a course of time which were required to be managed to achieve maximum potential and utilization of our leads. In addition, being a door to door sales company we had a high turnover of our employees. A well-managed HRIS system was required to manage our sales force.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

DigiTrends was referred through a friend as it already had footprints in the US in Wilmington DE. A few brief meeting showed the true potential of their team. In addition, they had a strong hold on CRMs and HRIS system due to extensive experience in the market

The scope of work was to customize our existing systems which included our CRMs and our HRIS systems.

Worked with a team of 5 including developers and a point of contact.

After implementation, we were able to manage our sales leads and our sales force in an organized fashion.

The company was well managed, they had a agile approach where they divided our task in segments which gave us plenty of room to get the desired results.

They had a professional and agile attitude.

They still have plenty to offer in the foreseeable future and wish the best for their future endeavors.
