We interviewed a variety of people that specialized in UI/UX, after casting a broad net we decided to select Digital Solutions as the responsiveness and professionalize was beyond the others we considered for the project.

There were four stages: 1) Overview of goals and needs for the user experience. 2) We ranked those goals in order of importance. 3) Digital Solutions created a Figma Design of the layouts we discussed and we approved and made edits from there. 4) We made final adjustments and enhancements.

Worked exclusively with Kyle and he was exceptional to work with, we have since expanded our scope with Kyle as he has been an incredible resource and partner.

The end result and the way we got there was far beyond our expectations and couldn't have been happier with the design/layout Kyle built out for us.

Kyle leverages Figma and exceptional note taking to map out our brainstorming sessions, very easy to work with and communicate.

He managed various inputs from different team members on calls and in email. He was able to synthesize feedback and comments and present alternatives for the team’s consideration and offer up best practices too.

Projects were delivered on time and budget, and Kyle and the team did a great job incorporating feedback from our team into the design, on an iterative basis.

Very timely with communications and willing to hop on calls to iterate and make changes as needed. Used video capture to answer questions on a workflow which was helpful to share with our team.

After a meeting and completing a spreadsheet, they began the design of the website via figma which we shared comments and calls on improvements and what to add. Then after approval they began to develop the website in webflow. Then after website creation the began to design our backend in figma while we still had calls and comments to assist.

The work flow was very easy and smooth. We had our initial meeting with a video call to describe the project and setup a slack channel. Most of the communication just altered between video and messages on slack. The deliverables were the design files within figma and fully developed code on our webflow account. Google Meet, Slack, Figma, Webflow were all the technologies used throughout the process.

We’ve dramatically shot up our monthly income now and are receiving raving reviews from our users on how much they like the design.

Everything was very organized and had clear communication throughout. We used Slack as our tool of communication throughout the project, and all timelines were hit on time, happy to say.
