Regarding project management, we used Basecamp where we had all the tasks neatly organized and we could easily follow the progress of the project. Everything was completed on time, even bonus things were completed.
Our needs were met in the best possible way, they know exactly what needs to be done and with the help of their design workshops they come to concrete conclusions

Hmm, if they would have expanded the scope of services to systems architecture and/or back-end development, I would have hired them to do that work as well
