I’m the owner of a company that facilitates guest posting to improve a website’s Google search rankings. We conduct blog outreach and link building for our clients.

The Digital Penguin implemented SEO-related improvements on my WordPress website.

I saw their website, and also my friends have worked with them before.

I had spent $500 on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership lasted from April 2020–March 2021. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The Digital Penguin kept me updated about the site’s performance and their KPIs, as well as if they made new improvements. Since I started working with them, more people have engaged in my posts and articles.

How did The Digital Penguin perform from a project management standpoint?

They have been really friendly and communicative, and they understood my needs. They accommodate me whenever I asked questions. Even though it was beyond the scope of their work, they gave me advice on what I should do to improve my site. Working with them was a great experience. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whenever I give them a potential website for guest posting, they suggested a better site. They provide me with better options. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d suggest they lower their rates.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should first discuss the project with their team and know whether you’re going to be on good terms or not. If you feel comfortable working with them, then go ahead. If you feel that you need someone else, perhaps you should look for another company. The Digital Penguin is good and they can help you with everything.
