Digital Habitat designed and developed our WordPress website from the ground up. We began with an iterative design process, during which they carefully listened to our needs and goals, and then presented us with various options to choose from. Following this, they moved on to the full implementation and site migration phase, which took six months to complete.Currently, we have an ongoing support services contract with them, allowing us to engage their team whenever we need maintenance or upgrades for the platform.

Complete the full implementation and site migration within the agreed timeline.
Achieve a 40% increase in organic traffic within 6 months of launching the new website.

We had weekly calls with the project manager and the Digital Habitat team to discuss progress. We used Slack and Trello for communication. In case of delays, we worked together to identify priorities and find solutions.

They've done an excellent job. Despite some challenging moments during the project and our frequent daily requests, they remained patient and professional throughout. I'm the founder of an online sales course business. We provide courses and training for sales teams for corporations with a call-center helping teams with in-bound sales.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Habitat?

We originally wanted to hire a marketing agency for lead generation but we weren't sure what type of marketing is best suited for the purpose. After Digital Habitat presented a digital marketing strategy, we decided that we will focus on content marketing in form of blogs and podcasts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching online for local marketing agencies and we found Digital Habitat on clutch.

We first met with them for a discovery call where they did a deep-dive with us into our current business situation. They then went back and produced a digital marketing strategy document outlining the options we have and which ones seemed to be the most optimal. After we decided on content marketing, they worked closely with us on creating and promoting our podcast as well as produced monthly blog content that also serve the purpose of SEO.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked primarily with the Account Manager but also had conversations with their research team and content writer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

4 months into starting services with Digital Habitat we were able to see triple the amount of traffic that we were originally getting as well as a 5% increase in conversion rates. Due to our product being B2B and is able to charge a higher price point, we were able to obtain a positive ROI working with Digital Habitat.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met bi-weekly and they would do reporting of web traffic, conversion and other KPIs as well as outline what they set out to do the 2 weeks after. They would also ask for our input on their ideas, but since we have little to no experience in digital marketing, we gave them full autonomy with the direction they wanted to go.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're extremely open to new ideas and innovation, have clear communication, and would always set expectations by explaining to us some marketing concepts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

What we were expecting when hiring a marketing agency was for them to pretty much be almost like an in-house marketing team. The bi-weekly reporting was great but I feel like they could have made it feel more like a partnership than employing a third party agency. Not a big deal though.
