I’m the founder of Chief Financial Partners, a small business consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Encounter?

We wanted to improve our SEO and web optimization efforts, so we hired Digital Encounter for help. We weren’t getting any traffic to our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Encounter is focused on optimizing our website. They’re helping us figure out where our content needs to be improved, what needs to be added to our website, and where we need better pictures.

Their team has already figured out what’s wrong with our site. They’ve given us a plan outlining the words they plan to add, the needed changes to our branding and name, and how many backlinks have to be added.

I work with the owner of their company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re still building everything out, so we can’t share any measurable results yet. From a qualitative standpoint, they’re very honest; they don’t sugarcoat anything in letting me know exactly what’s wrong and how they plan to fix our problems.

How did Digital Encounter perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver everything earlier than expected. Whenever I have a question, I get an instant response. We use email and WhatsApp to communicate.
