We provided Digital Butlers with all written content, page structure, and service descriptions in advance. Their responsibility was to design and develop the entire website. There should be a clean, modern interface and all technical functionality. The website was built on WordPress, featuring a multilingual setup (English and Greek) and a fully responsive front end.
They designed the UI based on the Untitled UI library to fit our budget. The final UI is clean and fits our branding. Digital Butlers' team integrated third-party APIs for booking and online payments, ensuring that patients could easily schedule appointments and pay for services online. These integrations were also connected to the local patient portal and the GESY insurance system, allowing for a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Digital Butlers also handled content filling, setting up a custom CMS that allows our team to manage and update services and other dynamic content independently. They configured on-page SEO, improved site performance, and tested everything thoroughly to make sure all booking and payment flows worked correctly.
Before launch, they provided us with clear documentation, training materials, and a deployment package for our system administrator, which made the handover smooth. In the end, we received a production-ready WordPress website with all integrations functioning properly, fast loading times, and a CMS that perfectly fits our needs.

The new booking functionality has made it much easier for patients to schedule appointments and improved our internal workflow.
The CMS was configured according to our specific needs, allowing us to easily update services, content, and pages.
All the content we provided was uploaded to the new site.
On-page SEO was properly implemented, improving our online visibility.
The new site now clearly communicates our company and services, helping patients understand who we are and what we offer.

Project management was very well organized and transparent. We had a dedicated project manager who coordinated communication between us and the team, collected feedback, and kept us updated every week. There was also a strategist on their side who made sure the timeline was followed and prepared weekly progress reports showing what was done and what was coming next.
The team used Jira to track all tasks, and most communication took place through email and WhatsApp, with regular Google Meet calls for discussing open questions. Everything felt structured and clear.
Although Digital Butlers delivered all of their internal milestones on time, the overall launch was delayed due to a dependency on a third-party booking and payment provider, whose system was not ready when integration was scheduled. The team kept us fully informed about this issue, coordinated directly with the vendor, and finalized the integration as soon as the external service was functional.
Despite this external delay, their transparency, communication, and professionalism made the whole process smooth and reliable.
