The scope of work included the following key points:
Design and development of the website on the Webflow platform: DB were responsible for creating the design and functionality of the website that met the ideal vision and similar experience to Tesla website. This involved creating a user interface that effectively conveyed our brand concept and provided convenience for end users.
The most important aspect! Integration of functionality allowing users to apply for credit directly on the website was required. This involved collaboration with banks and development of a secure data transmission system. Here, we wanted to use the liberal approach and flexibility of the bank system in Kazakhstan that may allow us to achieve our goal.
Testing period: After website development, Digital Butlers conducted testing to ensure its functionality and staff training because the service should be ideal as it’s the first project like that in Kazakhstan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Digital Butlers successfully integrated a bank into the system on our website. Indeed, the credit application process took only 3-5 minutes on the website. Users simply clicked “Buy on Credit”, and took a selfie with their ID card, and the data was sent to the bank. Within a couple of minutes, the bank would decide whether to approve the credit or not. In this regard, Kazakhstan has advanced significantly ahead of the rest of the world with its progressive banking system.
However, we encountered difficulties with registering cars at the state vehicle inspection without the buyer present. A local team attempted to negotiate with them, but after six months of struggle, they admitted defeat. To this day, remote car registration remains impossible.
Our vision of having tow trucks with giant gift-wrapped packages roaming the cities has yet to materialize (it was our main commercial idea to surprise people outside, but we didn’t mention it at the very beginning).
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Butlers could have done differently?
Generally, we have no suggestions for improvement and we know that Digital Butlers are the ones who can create IT solutions better than anyone else.

First of all, we wanted to enhance the CYLIND website and its visual appeal. Our old website was built on Wix and was pretty limited in terms of design features and content management. We already had a new version of the website UI that the previous designer did. But some sections didn't fit our vision, and we expected Digital Butlers to help us finish them.
By injecting vibrant visuals, sleek interfaces, and interactive elements, we wanted to create a unique image where visitors would be captivated from the moment they landed on the site, crafting such a perfect experience of architectural innovation.
Secondly, we needed some help with the UX / logic. We wanted to make our site clear and clean for our target audience. As a result, it should cause the growth of our CTR and make more leads transform into real clients.
Finally, the updated design should be built on Webflow with the usage of nice-looking 3D & animations. It should have the ability to upload projects, edit descriptions, and replace images through the CMS. And load fast.

The measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress and success include the successful launch of the brand-new CYLIND website with its improved visual appeal and completely different but cool user experience. DB introduced numerous captivating animations and diverse grid layouts. Already at the stage of testing our website as users, we were able to engage with our content effectively, experiencing something entirely new. We had a wow effect!
Additionally, the website is full of functionalities that allow us to manage all content independently, finally giving us control over our content and enabling our CYLIND team to post what we need. DB provided us with clear and detailed instructions on how to use the CMS, contributing to a comfortable and efficient working environment. This collaborative approach has ultimately led to successful outcomes, marking a refreshing departure from our previous encounters and solidifying our partnership.

Digital Butlers gathered everything in one Google Doc, but it does not look like a perfect solution. It will be cool to have one place where we can put our notes as an employer and the team will work on this, with real-time demonstration of the progress. Maybe use some third-party tool, a kinda of Support platform?

Rebuild and maintain our DcentraLab.com, Hord.fi and ChainPort.io sites using a new style and design materials. All sites should perform well and have some third-party API integrations. Tasks for these projects should be managed separately and implemented quickly.
We searched for an outsourced development department that would be reliable, skilled, and always online. Knowledge of Webflow was critical as well as the opportunity to work with third-party code: CSS, HTML, JS, and PHP.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The team is successfully implementing the updates we request every week. They also provided professional input and creative vision on the design during the development process. It helped us to make some changes to the site more accurate and relevant. Digital Butlers assisted us in developing 3D models and integrating them into the HORD website.
Sometimes we needed a Webflow tutorial on how to manage the content using Webflow CMS. Digital Butlers recorded Loom videos and provided us with detailed instructions on how to do the stuff we requested.
We've come to see that the team is truly professional and excels in their work.
The website's internal structure stays tidy, and they're quick to implement new sections and changes. We have used Digital Butlers as an ongoing support team for 4 years already and will be glad to do it in the future.

I love their positioning. Like "Alfred" to "Batman" philosophy not only sounds unusual but also performs efficiently when we speak about our project. I think that the overall professionalism is something that I can indicate. I don't think so. Development quality is solid. Webflow functionality knowledge is deep. QA is included. The design skills of the team are also high. From the project management perspective, the Digital Butlers approach is transparent and reliable.
We had some improvements to make during the working process but I don’t remember what they were specifically. During these 4 years, the team grew up strongly, and right now there is nothing we want to change. To do it, we purchased the Webflow template on the marketplace and wanted the Digital Butlers team to adjust it for our needs. We requested the following work to be done:

new blocks/ pages creation and adjustment of the existing ones

They are also highly experienced in Webflow projects. Even if the original system functionality isn't capable of providing something they will be able to add it using custom code and third-party integrations.

igital Butlers updated the template step by step. We wanted to launch the MVP version of the site with limited pages first and then add more functionality during the road.
Based on this strategy, they launched the home landing page as phase one. After that About, Blog, Changelog, and Careers pages were added. Required dynamic sections were connected to Webflow CMS collections and fully editable via the platform. The job from the described stage was done on a high-quality level and even 25% faster / cheaper than originally estimated.
After that, we wanted to add a new vendors locations page with the integrated Google Maps API, plus its connection with Webflow CMS. This task was correctly estimated and developed for us in time. In the future, we will use Digital Butlers to maintain the site and add more pages / functionality.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Butlers could have done differently?
The only issue I faced was connected with the script load. There was a moment when their server had some technical issues and our site wasn’t load for 20 minutes. When I wrote them a message in WA it was fixed pretty quickly. After that, we decided to take scripts to our server to avoid such troubles. Digital Butlers migrated for free and updated all the links.
Other than that everything is great as always. They provide five-star service.

We had an outdated WordPress-based website that required a modern overhaul to stay competitive in the market and secure lucrative contracts. Our goal was to attract more visitors, potential clients, and higher lead generation, providing business with the new web boost. We aimed to achieve this by revamping the site's design and optimizing its functionality, making navigation effortless and aligning it with contemporary design standards.
The Digital Butlers team should not only create a new interface for us on the web but also work on the user experience logic. We wanted to be sure that the upgraded website would be clear for the user. We also chose to migrate our site from WordPress to Webflow CMS because wanted our website to look professional and easy to control.
Our property management system called ProfitBase should also be integrated into the site to make it comfortable for our managers to keep the real estate information up-to-date.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We saw the results of their work when they shared the first design concepts with our team. Our old website was pretty old-fashioned and we definitely understood that the new will would look much better. Following the launch of the redesigned website, there was a noticeable increase in website traffic and user involvement. Our partners and clients mentioned the nice website interactions, clean user-friendly design, and functionality.
One of the cool things that we really liked about the UX is the sidebar with all available properties. A working solution that helps our users see the list of available objects and open the information page from any place on the site. Plus it is much more comfortable to use the website by our internal department now. We are able to change any element of the site via Webflow CMS / designer. And the connection with ProfitBase works well.

In the beginning, we had all conversations via email. But after the project started we transferred our chat to Telegram. We are still using it for maintenance and other requests. They really cared about our request. When we had our first meeting in our office we described to Alex (DB's Business Relationship Manager) the whole scope of the website that we want to see. The first rough estimation from Alex's side was a little higher than our budget. Then we asked if there was a way how we could fit everything in the desired price.
After a few days and discussion with the team, Alex got back to us with a solution that fit our resources, and in addition, they helped us with the prototyping for free. It was very kind and professional from their side. Sometimes we ask Digital Butlers to help us with website management and there wasn't a day when they refused. Not every company will provide so much attention to your requests.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Butlers could have done differently?
I really liked how they did the job. Right now I’m planning a new more ambitious project for a different market / location. It will have more complex functionality and will need more attention on the UX side. And Digital Butlers team is on my potential vendor's list for this.
