The website is neat & clean. Overall features and outlook are very good and user friendly. The website loads very fast, and we have got timely active support from the vendor.

We had meetings weekly or daily basis when required. During the project timeline, our company and the vendor have supported each other. We communicated through both channels online and offline (at our office). They responded promptly. We have used Zoom, Microsoft Teams for online communication

Their creativity, innovation, technological expertise, and project completion steps were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Involvement of more people in bigger projects for faster communication and execution.

For what projects/services did your company hire Codesign?

We hired Codesign to design to create an E-learning platform that would enable us to train our employees about corporate and cultural procedures.

What were your goals for this project?

To mobilize training into a remote web platform so that employees could be trained without having to be physically present in an office.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We published an open call for proposals. COdesign responded with their offer and displayed previous work. After seeing multiple proposals from different vendors, we selected COdesign.

The website holds training courses on company policies, Health, workplace culture and more. We wanted to provide these training opportunities online.

What was the team composition?

COdesign assigned one account manager who was the person of contact between both parties. Additionally, two backend developers, two front end developer, one UI designer and One UX designer was responsible for this project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was instrumental in increasing our web presence and collecting more leads. We also saw more visitors, lower bounce rates and higher engagement in the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The execution of the plan went pretty smoothly. I do find any major areas of complaint.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

COdesign has great technical capabilities and can deliver highly complex projects accurately and in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing comes to mind. But documentation and time management need tiny improvement

They are different from other companies in term of quality and how they work with clients. They create everything from scratch. This is something that most companies don't do here.

We hired COdesign to design a posh, elegant website that reflected our brand and connected with our audience.

To get real estate buyers to know about us.

How did you select this vendor?

Through a referral.

They started off by creating a ui ux design and then their front end engineers worked with technologies like react. And the backend was built on django. They also helped create content and copy.

They have over 10 technical personnel and 15 creative designers and copywriters.

We have received plenty of leads and praise from our clients.

It was simple. An account manager handled the liaison and the technical team executed it.

Their design is top-notch. Their behaviour was professional, and the delivery punctual.
