    Our turnaround time depends on project complexity and scope. We typically start new engagements within 1–2 weeks, while delivery timelines are defined collaboratively based on requirements, architecture, and quality standards. We prioritize sustainable delivery over rushed implementations.

    We currently work with around two clients in parallel, depending on team size and project complexity. As we grow, we may handle three to four engagements at a time, while intentionally remaining a boutique, small-to-mid-sized team. We focus on a limited number of projects to ensure high-quality delivery, close collaboration, and strong engineering ownership.

    We have worked with clients in multiple engagement models, depending on their needs and project maturity. This includes staff augmentation, mixed team setups where we provided technical leadership and architecture alongside the client’s team, as well as full end-to-end project ownership. While we are flexible and adapt to different collaboration models, we prefer engagements where we can take full responsibility for delivery and quality.

    We use AI-assisted development tools to support our engineers with research, code completion, and problem-solving. Over the past years, this has significantly increased our productivity. However, AI is never used as an autonomous agent for production delivery. Every solution is designed, reviewed, and approved by experienced engineers to ensure security, correctness, and long-term quality.

    We are best suited for projects where technical complexity, scalability, and long-term quality matter. This includes backend-heavy systems, enterprise applications, platform modernization, and integrations in regulated or high-demand environments. We thrive in projects that require strong technical ownership, clear architecture, and close collaboration with the client.
