Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Deverr provided staff that were focused on two separate parts of our service offering:

1. Develop the backend services that support our credit card program. This includes monitoring the value of users' collateral, calcualting interest, managing transaction flows and designing and implementing the backend services and schemas. 
2. Develop our API-as-a-Service product that integrates a range of endpoints into a gateway that users interact with to interact with our services. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Deverr team has been an exceptional partner. After working with several vendors in the past, Deverr have met and exceeded our expectations. 

The team were able to get up to speed incredibly quickly, and have harmoniously blended with our existing scrum team. They have been bright, collaborative and efficient. 

User stories are completed to a very high level and the resulting work is of the top standard.

Deverr worked seamlessly with our existing development methodology (Agile / scrum variant). Andres and Dan made themselves readily available and operated as true partners, helping shape and define requirements and our development approach.

The speed in which the new engineers were able to join the team, get up to speed and contribute high quality work was seriously impressive.

None
