I'm the founder of Kaizen Waste, a luxury waste management company for multi-family communities.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Devalok?

I needed help creating my company's entire brand kit and a logo that stands out in the space while looking professional.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devalok created our logo and brand kit, which included everything from color combinations to fonts and styling. The team also designed clothing, uniforms, and trucks. The brand kit included the novel logo and instructions on how to use it efficiently, such as the colors and fonts to use.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 5–10 teammates from Devalok.

How did you come to work with Devalok?

A friend referred Devalok to me. The team was the most diligent in understanding what my company was going to be. Devalok conceptualized what I wanted by just listening to me for a few phone calls.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Devalok in November 2024. The initial task was completed in about 3–4 weeks, but the team still helps us with other branding pieces.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Devalok delivered a logo that is arguably the most impressive in the space. We constantly get rave reviews from our clients and customers about how clean the logo design is and how much they relate it to the luxury orientation of our service. After implementing the new branding, our customer engagement and sales increased drastically.

How did Devalok perform from a project management standpoint?

Devalok delivered faster than expected and was always on top of anything I asked for, whether it was large or small changes. We communicated via phone, text, and Devalok's in-house platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most unique thing about Devalok was how much they cared about the true vision of my company. They were always asking how everything was going with our growth, not just if we had more work for them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing Devalok could have done better was if they were all based in the US so I could meet them more frequently in person.
