Yes, always. We had a few big, last-minute requests that they still managed to finish ahead of the deadline.

We had an existing icon set that was pulled from various places and were inconsistent in appearance. Our branding visual as a whole was established but not specific and the elements weren't all cohesive. Our primary project with Designity was to generate an icon set of 39 different icons, brand specific photo treatments, and a brand pattern. Then the project also included taking those items and implement them and the new brand aesthetic across an existing set of about 13 marketing flyers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a custom set of icons (39) and each icon has multiple versions (duo-tone, single color, line icon, glossy/3D icon that can be used across all platforms and media. A custom pattern and photo treatment that can be used to create consistent imagery for the brand. Updated flyers that have a consistent aesthetic and fit in with our brand standards.

All items were delivered on time. If a deadline needed to be adjusted it was due to my request and everything was shifted around in a timely, well-communicated manner. They generated quality work and responded well to any critiques or adjustments I asked for.

The most impressive thing to me about this company was the consistency in both communication and production quality.

We aimed to establish a stronger presence in the high-end interior design market, and Designity played a crucial role in enhancing our marketing campaign. At the time, hiring an in-house designer was both costly and inefficient. During the intense few months of collaboration with the Designity team, there was an initial challenge as we were accustomed to our old process of having an internal graphic designer. However, after quickly adapting to their workflow, our collaboration became seamless and highly productive. 

One significant advantage was working with a team of professionals rather than relying on a single designer. Designity was also flexible, willing to assign other experts to our project when needed, which significantly expedited the results. In the end, the project was a great success with an outstanding outcome.

Significant increase in our sale and revenue in our new targeted market

Deliveries were on time. The key was we had to be clear on communicating our needs and if any of their team members could not be a good fit we had to be vocal and Designity was very open to assign a new team member to maintain the quality. Although this rarely happened.

Their business plan was great. The final product we received came at a fraction of the cost at the end we initially planned for based on our previous experiences with other companies.

Their companies is young and growing quickly.

As a result of all the projects we have done with Designity, we saw a good amount of increase in our sales.

The project management has been very unique with Designity. Our assigned creative director creates a timeline for all our projects in Designity's dashboard. We can see who is working on our projects and when they will be delivered by checking the timeline on Designity dashboard.
