The key outcome for us was - UI Design (Visuals), where our dev replies on it entirely to build out our platform.

The entire experience with design316 was amazing. The time management and professional way of managing the entire project was impressive, given that we are not even in the same country. The use of loom + figma + clickup was very useful for our working style too, as we are able to keep track of the work progress at our time was very helpful. And yes, they did delivered everything on time and all in great order.

1. Information Architecture We defined the strategic direction of the product, organized the content and created a site map. 
2. UX Design (Wireframes) We created wireframes for each page of the feature defined in the site map and design concepts that established the design style. Then, with our approval, Vicente converted the wireframes into high-fidelity mockups. 
3. Prototype Based on the defined journey in the previous phases. Vicente created the final prototype

The project demonstrated progress and success through measurable outcomes. Each phase was completed on time, with high-quality deliverables that met or exceeded expectations.

What I found most impressive and unique about this company was their exceptional communication skills, thorough research on the topic, and genuine interest in learning more about the field and target audience. Additionally, their ability to propose and resolve issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something design316 could have done differently?

Vicente provided us with access to ClickUp, but we never utilized it. In the future, I suggest we request the client create a folder on their drive at the beginning of the project where all materials can be uploaded and easily accessed.

The scope of work for this new website will consist of building the website's MVP version in two sections simultaneously - the Client Portal, and the rest of the website. The Client Portal part of the website will include a prototype as well. Designs will follow the Brand Guidelines provided by HCPA.

Their responsibilities includde:

• Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

I’m the CEO and founder of CSWAP, a company that builds public-facing solutions for Web3 and AI.

What challenge were you trying to address with design316?

We needed a UI/UX partner to help us design the UI for a decentralized exchange on Cardano. We also needed to create an MVP design framework for a groundbreaking RWA marketplace.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

design316 has delivered completed Figma designs for two major products based on our business requirements. The first product is a decentralized exchange, a platform on Cardano where users can manage liquidity and swap Cardano native assets. The second product is an RWA platform, an e-commerce-like platform that allows business users to tokenize real-world assets and retail users to trade them. This is a high-level explanation. There’s detailed functionality that doesn’t exist in other mainstream applications currently on the market, and design316 has been smart and flexible enough to help us design the right UX for new technology and concepts.In addition to UI/UX design, design316 has helped us with branding, marketing, and content. They’ve gone above and beyond our initial scope.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve delivered the decentralized exchange to Cardano and had incredible feedback regarding the UI/UX. Our platform is the most capital-efficient platform on Cardano. Despite having a relatively small amount of liquidity, our platform attracts the second most users and is fifth in transaction volume on Cardano, a multi-billion dollar blockchain.We’re in the process of finalizing development on the RWA marketplace. This is the most ambitious and sophisticated product to ever be released on Cardano, and we expect great feedback on the design.

How did design316 perform from a project management standpoint?

design316’s project management is stellar. Vic is kind and solution-oriented. The team is willing to work with us on any platform that integrates into our process. We use virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

design316’s ability to help us with content, ideation, and things that are outside of the scope, like marketing images, is impressive. They’re a serious UI/UX design firm that’s willing to go outside of their core function to help teams. It’s rare to find a quality vendor like design316. Their cost is extremely reasonable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not especially. If anything, they’re a little too easy on us in terms of their expectations. Sometimes, we need to give them a deliverable to unblock them, and we’re too slow. Being a little bit more firm with us might be helpful, but that might detract from how easy they are to work with.

Any ambitious team would be extremely lucky to work with design316.

The nature of our work was very spikey. We had bursts of design requests, which the team responded to quickly. But in the "downtime" between bursts, instead of resting on their laurels, Vic and co proactively built out a full design system for us, ran UX analysis using our analytics tools - anything they could do to help.

For what projects/services did your company hire design316?

We were creating a new business and as a start up, we needed a reasonable cost but an excellent skill set and process to keep the project focused and limited scope.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for UX/UI expertise but it was difficult to find the skills and process to match. One thing sml companies lack are any process so the straightforward and calm approach was of value as it made the results more predictable.

We had a good idea of what we wanted in terms of app and platform functionality but we're open to design ideas and concepts and many implementation details. The process was timely and systematic.

We worked with a single person who was very responsive and communicated well. He set expectations and met them all.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results if this project are Figam clickable models which we are taking to developers to have the product built and coded. The individual we worked with will be part of the development delivery team to support changes if necessary.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work flow worked well. Both teams worked together to get a silid product done on schedule. They set commitments and met them well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found them very responsive both in terms of generating their own ideas of incorporating ours. Having a process was helpful.

I was happy with the person and process and I would hire them again.
