I am the business owner of Zack & Gio Children's boutique. I'm a wife, mother of two, daughter, and sister. We are committed to providing fun fashion, high organic quality products, and adorable boutique children's pajamas

We want to sell online children's clothes. For that we required an online platform, where we could showcase our products and any loving parent can buy clothes for their baby online. So we hire Design Stallion to built an E-commerce store and make it existence strong.

We are looking for web design company on bark, where Design Stallion representative call us. We set a meeting to discuss more about the project. In meeting we found the team best and affordable for our project, so we choose them as our vendor.

• Then he provided with the initial designs for our website to be finalize.
• After that they come up with the best design, look & feel of the website.

Their documentation work was awesome. Each and everything was clear to us. After the website goes live, we found 80% traffic increase on our website. Web was mobile and desktop optimized. Our clients share good compliments about the design.

The project manager was in touch with us throughout the project. We have weekly standup meeting with the project manager. Each and every task was completed on given time. The Design Stallion team complete the website before the given deadline.

Things could be done better and faster too. But in my opinion quality work takes time. And we end up with quality product in the market.

I had hire Design Stallion for my business where we provide Tree services. Which includes: bush removal, tree pruning, stump grinding, wood chiping.

• First they provide the mock up for my website, after finalizing the design. They project move forward into the developemnt phase. 
• Then they provide me with the seo questionare, in which I told them about my services, and services location.
• They their content team write web copy for my website. 
• Then developer add the content to the website.
• After having a review from me, they make the website live.
• Then they submit my website to Google for indexing.
• Minor technical issues were found, but fix early as possible by the team. When they found.

The most impressive part of Design Stallion was that I could see in which phase my project was. Design Stallion team uses proper CRM, in which I could see live working on my project and could get reports for my project anytime I want. 

The unique part I saw in the team, is that they provide extra quality work for my website. To take my website to next level. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Stallion could have done differently?

The development needs to be improve more. Although things take time, and practicing things makes you perfect. And the developer efforts to fix bugs was great.

I am the owner at Beachcomber Airport Shuttle. And we offer taxi pick and drop services around Florida and worry-free transportation from the airport and towards the city.

We do have a physical business in Florida, but want to entertain new customers, who are searching for online shuttle services in Florida. So we hired this team to provide the site design for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our clients online.

We looked for web designers in our area using Bark. After having on call meeting with 5 companies, we chose this vendor because of their affordable price, industry experience, and personable team.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we reviewed 3 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the design and provided feedback through Trello. this allowed us to show them how we wanted the rest of the site to look. The vendor came back to us with designs for our other pages, including an updated "contact us" form.

In total, we worked with 4 people including a project manager, two designers, and a QA recourse during the final phase.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very thorough. Our developers were able to implement their design easily, and the overall look is much more user-friendly. Site traffic has increased by 70%, and we continue to hear positive feedback and compliments from visitors about the design.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had phone calls meeting, but most of the feedback was through Trello. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to met.

I was amazed by the knowledge they had about advance website design, UX, and optimization. We appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful while we came up to speed. This was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.

Things could always be done faster, but quality matters than the speed. And we ended up with a beautiful product.
