I am MD and the company has been operating for 25 years.

We had/have many. Web-based solutions. eCommerce, digital marketing to name a few

How did you select Design Process and what were the deciding factors?

We had a long on-off history. We recently we able to align budget and expectations for both sides. From there we moved forward with great results

Unsure how to answer this. The scope of works was agreed upon and the solutions were to be delivered by the owner and team regardless of the tech used.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I am unsure how many on the vendors team but I dealy with the owner and manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All of our sales increased through the effectiveness of the IT and social media implementations

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication was the most important KPI and it was exceeded when compared to other service companies that I have used in the past. I have and will continue to recommend Design Process to colleagues

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personal service and dedication to understanding my business to ensure all solutions applied were in line with agreed goals were most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing that the problems with expectations in programming could not resolve. Otherwise, we are very happy

I’m the business development lead at Shah Amrutlal Jewellers, a jewelry store.

What challenge were you trying to address with Design Process?

We needed help with branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Design Process did our branding, brand new logo design, and packaging design. They’re currently working on our website from scratch, which they got to work on after we shared what we wanted from the site.

We’ve had one point of contact.

How did you come to work with Design Process?

A friend recommended them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2020 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We really like their work and design ideology. Their designs are very nice and minimalistic. As a jewelry firm, we feel it’s important to be really elegant, which is exactly what they captured with the logo they gave us.

How did Design Process perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re organized, and they’re patient. Whatever changes we ask for, they do it. Every interaction we’ve had with them has been positive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were good in all aspects. The pricing was decent, and we really like their design language. They really understood what we wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m happy with their work so far. There are no issues.

I’m the founder of a health and wellness company that delivers healthy fruit juices to customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Design Process?

We needed to generate interest in an unorganized market. It was important to develop an identity that would connect people with the health sector.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took care of everything from design to branding to packaging our product. They’ve also recently taken on social media marketing for us as well. We’re trying to build up an organic following on Facebook. They took a lot of creative control because we only provided them with general concepts for our brand vision. We allowed them to take it to the next level.  

How did you come to work with Design Process?

One of our acquaintances referred us to them, and we took the collaboration from there.  

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $200,000 on the project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together since May 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been very satisfied with their work and have yet to find a challenge that they can’t solve. They’ve always been flexible with us and deliver quality design and branding work.  

How did Design Process perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve organized all of our work together in a very structured manner. We have a project manager assigned to our account. They communicate with us and take action with their team according to our input. We’re never in the dark when it comes to progress and approaching deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re doing a great job. Before diving into a project, they really do their homework and understand the full scope of the problem. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re happy with them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re creative enough to bring great, original ideas to your team. Don’t feel like your team has to take creative control over the entire project, or you may not be getting the most out of them.

We hired Design Process for Digital Growth of our e-commerce business

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew the founder from before as he had worked with us on a different project

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The company first decided to work from the database which already exists and increase our retention, which itself increased our revenue in a sudden go. Later the company worked with media buying, SEO and content marketing to build our digital reputation. We have now been working with them for over 3 years

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with account manager, SEO, content strategist and the designer. However, our main point of contact was always account manager

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had 100% growth in our revenue in 1 year

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially the learning curve was high as we were trying to understand how digital growth agencies work and the company had not worked in wine, so they had a learning curve too

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with how the company tries to understand our core business and not just take care of digital marketing

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could improve the reporting formats. However, now we trust them and do not look at reports so much
