What challenge were you trying to address with Derivatex?

I needed help to rank my site higher for key terms and improve my overall SEO and content strategy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work done?

Derivatex created an action plan with technical steps to implement to achieve better positions. They also created a detailed content plan for what I’d need to publish on the site/blog to rank higher and improve SEO. They delivered this in a nicely structured Notion website, which I can look up whenever I need as I implement the changes.

The action plan included technical SEO steps, such as changes to how robots crawl the site, and content steps, such as pillar pages to create or internal linking opportunities discovered.

I worked with one person.

How did you come to work with Derivatex?

I found Derivatex through their marketing on Reddit. Apoorv (Founder & CEO) answered some of my questions on the r/SEO subreddit and made a detailed analysis of my website. Because of the quality of the initial work, I knew they understood the topic well.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and the project lasted about two months. I still haven’t done all the steps of the plan as I’ve gotten busy with other stuff, but given the deliverables’ convenient structure, I can continue implementing the steps as I have more time.

I’ve seen an increase in my ranking for key terms and an overall better site structure and performance. My average position for planning poker is now 17th, while it was 25th before.

We saw a significant jump in referrals from ChatGPT. The traffic also had a higher conversion rate.

Derivatex worked on increasing our website traffic and improving our ranking for the right keywords. The team used SEO and growth hacks to achieve these goals.

Derivatex helped us find our PMF. The team also improved our ranking on selected keywords, such as “customer success tool.” Our website traffic grew by 300% within two months. We were satisfied by their work.
