I’m the CTO of an advertising and marketing company. We help lenders and marketers find and convert high-intent borrowers by combining credit, property, and behavioral data with predictive AI models.

What challenge were you trying to address with Deployr?

We needed help with the development of highly performing machine learning pipelines and model deployment.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Deployr has helped us develop our ML pipelines (training, scoring, etc.) and three ML models. As part of the ML model development, they’ve performed EDA, attribute selection, and overall model development and deployment.

What is the team composition?

We work with four teammates from Deployr.

How did you come to work with Deployr?

We found Deployr through an ML operations chat community. We chose them because they were highly proficient in what they do. Not only did they excel at developing machine learning models, but they also had the infrastructure expertise to deal with extremely large datasets.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Deployr in 2022, and we consider them a critical extension of our company. We’ve continued working with them on a permanent basis.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a 100% increase in response rate and a 25% increase in conversion rate.

How did Deployr perform from a project management standpoint?

Deployr’s project management is excellent. They deliver on time and are always hyper-responsive, even to last-minute emergencies. We primarily communicate via Slack and Google Meet.

We deployed our ML models and coordianted a team around our work.
