Depasser Infotech is doing an awesome job. The best thing about them is that they understood my problem and helped me to build the complete e-commerce platform that I was looking for. The custom website and app designs are very good.

They helped me reach a target audience that other agencies couldn’t help me with. I’ve seen an uptick in customer engagement.

In the very early stages of development, Depasser Infotech provided wireframes to ensure I was satisfied. The project management team provides proper timelines. We communicate via email and telephone.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Depasser Infotech developed my e-commerce site from scratch using PHP. The site has all of the basic features of an e-commerce marketplace, including bulk uploading. Now, I can put everything in an Excel sheet and simply upload that file into the site’s backend.

Initially, Depasser Infotech asked about our requirements in detail, including what factors influence our sales. Since they have a meticulous QA process, I didn’t have to spend time testing from my end.

Depasser Infotech also provides logistics services that are integrated into my site. Once a sale is made, they take care of delivering our products to customers so I don’t have to reach out to third parties to handle shipping.

They offer marketing services as well, which I plan to use once the website is up and running. We would also develop a few mobile apps in the next 4–5 months.

The website is up and running, but I’m testing a few things before having them do the marketing. We should be live in a couple of weeks.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Well our target was accomplished after months of research and project completion was delayed as per the assigned schedule but it was worth the wait as they delivered us the best end product. Till date, all small bugs are fixed with just a phone call and all our issues are taken on priority. Our customers have given us a very good feedback for the website. They are very happy and so we are also very delighted

Project management was very smooth and best was the staff and the team who was continuously with us. It was very effective team and we also got tutoring sessions for backend functioning of website which was very helpful

The project manager and the team associated with this project. Special thanks to Mr Nitin, Mr Chandresh, Miss Sushmita Patil and specially Mr Yash Agrawal who made sure to connect us better with the team. All the issues were taken on high priority and resolved too

Well not much but I would suggest that try to understand the user requirements because lack of communication could lead to misunderstandings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Depasser Infotech developed two e-commerce websites based on my requirements. They’re providing online marketing services, including PPC and social media. Their team also creates and posts Facebook ads for us.

Their team is currently working on a new website for me, based on a list of features I gave them and their own design template. Using pictures I’ve sent them, they post new products on my website. The site will have a control panel through which I can send orders to dispatch. It will also have a database of all my clients, which I can use to send updates on my products, along with two-factor authentication. They’re adding a feature to the platform for users to choose which upcoming products interest them the most.

They’re also maintaining my websites, added a catalog on my Facebook page, and created dynamic ads.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Depasser Infotech always delivers on time. I had a small issue where two items would be added to the website’s cart instead of one, but their team solved it quickly. Aside from that error, I haven’t received any complaints. I get full analysis reports from Depasser Infotech, covering visitor counts broken down by time of day, and what people are searching for.

How did Depasser Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m always making new features requests, but their team consistently delivers. Based on my experience, developers usually ask for the money first when building new features. They complete the smallest tasks without asking for more money. I can also call directly if I have an issue. We don’t use any project management software.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Whatever commitments I’ve given them, Depasser Infotech finishes them on time. That’s very important to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Depasser Infotech already provided me a logistics service for my e-commerce website. That’s good, but I’ve asked them to add some international courier, packing and warehousing services.

Depasser Infotech is good at fulfilling commitments at a reasonable price, compared to other providers.

I have over 20,000+ products. Their product had features like bulk listing and bulk uploading which made my work easier than ever. Other features like loyalty program were included in the same cost.

They had team of 51+ engineers. The Project manager which was assigned to me handled my project from scratch. She assigned 2 developers for my project who were capable to address my queries through emails and calls which meant that delay for my project was much less.

Their communication style was one of the key highlights during our engagement. I found it most impressive over others.

Are there any areas for improvement?

One thing which I would like them to improve is their advancement in their e-commerce templates. Being an e-commerce product, clients like me expect more variety of themes. I know they'll definitely work on this.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Kolkata is a hub for hookah, and people need services that can provide easy access to it. That's how I came up with this idea of hookah on rent. Thanks to Depasser Infotech, we were able to develop what we desired.

It was bumpy initially, as there was an issue with the wireframe, but after that, they pretty much stuck to their timelines for the remainder of the project. We will soon start Phase 2 of the development.
