We needed a fractional CFO service to be able to manage our finances as we scale.

denali is managing our company’s accounting. They help us during board meetings, and they consult us about budgeting and compliance. They also provide financial planning support and bookkeeping services. They are using QuickBooks.

We work with a fractional CFO and fractional controller. Jennifer (COO & CFO) is our main point of contact.

They were recommended to us by one of our investors. We stuck to them because they’re committed to our mission, and they specialize in startups.

We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

Our monthly close has become a week faster thanks to denali’s help. They’ve brought expertise to our team. They’ve enabled us to achieve a more scalable financial system and a matured budgeting process. They’ve also helped us become more effective in reporting information to the board.
