I am the senior consultant of a digital marketing agency and I help clients develop brand and marketing campaigns.

A client of ours needed sophisticated development of a new set of brand visuals to be used in a new wave of marketing campaigns. We do not have design capabilities in-house and decided that we need to engage a proven creative design agency to help us with this part of the project.

We spoke to a few agencies and out of those, we found Delitier's Jessie to be really easy to communicate with, and her beliefs and approach to brand design work coincide and sync with us at multiple levels. We felt comfortable and assured that Delitier can deliver what is necessary under Jessie's leadership.

Jessie spent a great deal of time with our team to understand fully the design angle that we are going for, and the mood that we wish for the new designs to involve. What we appreciated was also the fact that Jessie proactively came up with new ideas and suggestions to help us make the overall design work even better, often bringing up points that we have not considered. The designs that Jessie's team delivered were on point with what we wanted to achieve.

The final designs were well-received by the client and were promptly used in production for rolling out in the next wave of marketing campaigns. From end consumer feedback provided by the client, we knew the new designs had achieved the desired effect.

Jessie was in regular communication with my project manager throughout the duration of the project and was effective in ensuring that our deadlines are met, even for last-minute urgent requests.

We find Jessie's seemingly unlimited passion and enthusiasm for creative design to be highly uplifting and infectious, helping to create an overall positive mood of collaboration during the project.

I'm a business development manager at a nutraceuticals company. We produce supplements that improve healthspan.

We needed someone to manage our social media accounts from content creation to post scheduling and running paid social ads. Our goal was to build up the brand's social media presence and increase our following, to conversions later on.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted 3 vendors in Singapore and finally selected Delitier due to their creativity shown in their clients portfolio. They were able to offer motion content posts which is more value-added for us compared to static posts. They also gave us the impression of being good partners to collaborate with.

After the kick-off meeting, they helped us to identify our immediate social media goals and the steps needed to attain them. We provided training on our products to help them get familiarized with our selling points. They advised us on which existing photos could be used and what new photos were needed.

We worked with an account manager and a marketing executive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The number of social media referrals to our webstore increased significantly, as well as the reach (organic and paid) of our posts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We usually communicate via a Whatsapp group and email. Files were shared over Google Drive. Updates are made quite timely after we left our comments on the posts in Google Slides. Every 3rd Monday of the month, we'd have a first look at the post ideas for the next month, and propose changes where necessary. In the first week of each month, we have a meeting to review the past months' performance and identify potential areas for improvement. They allowed us 3 rounds of revision per post.

Founder is very engaged with the feedback on work delivered. They also have a sister company which does influencer marketing and events planning.

Sometimes need reminder on monthly report.

After we engaged their services, they did a case study and a better understanding of our business through the gathering of asset information. This provides them a better purview of our business and also they shared with me the purview of the targeted audiences/customers. Which the content was being drafted out with images layout. Changes made are fast and responsive which ease the pressure on meeting deadlines.

It was during the Circuit breaker in Singapore. therefore meeting was over Zoom and call. The meeting was once a week or as required.

They spent time to fully understand the needs of the client. Effort was put into researching and giving a report back to us.

Their report can be of more detailed breakdown with data and give a more detailed analysis for the client to understand better.
