Definer Brands handled our full AI search visibility strategy. They started by building a knowledge base from our sales calls and product data, then restructured our website for AI discoverability. From there they developed and executed a content strategy focused on bottom-of-funnel and mid-funnel topics, producing research-backed long-form content consistently. They also optimized our FAQ structure and tracked our narrative share against competitors using Semrush.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results came faster than we expected. Within two months, Recotap started appearing in AI engine recommendations for high-intent queries like "best ABM platforms 2026." One article alone drove 4 qualified demo bookings within 30 days of indexing and continues to act as lead generator. Our sales team started hearing from prospects who had discovered us through ChatGPT and Google AI Overview, which had never happened before. We are in the process of closing a high value deal from AEO. Sales cycle might have shortened for leads coming from AI Search, but we need more time to validate that.

Very well. Siddhangana is proactive and structured in her approach. We have a clear rhythm of content reviews, weekly check-ins, and she flags issues before they become problems. The content quality is high and approvals are smooth because she took the time to understand the product deeply during onboarding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The depth of research and time spent on understanding how our product works, before any content goes live. Siddhangana’s team also analyzes our sales calls to extract real buyer language and pain points using their inhouse AI skills, and that shows up directly in the content. It doesn't read like generic B2B writing. It reads like someone who genuinely understands ABM and the problems our buyers face. That's rare for an external agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Definer Brands could have done differently?

They're a small team, which means capacity can be a constraint if you want to move very fast. That said, Siddhangana is transparent about this upfront and they also believe humans in loop for high quality is a must so don’t believe in fully automated AI generated content generation as a process. If they scaled their team thoughtfully while maintaining the same quality bar, they could take on more without any drop in output.

Definer Brands has helped us with our website's architecture to align it with our SEO strategy. The team has also conducted an attribution audit and invested in an SEO/geo strategy. Definer Brands has delivered new site layouts and long-form content based on SEO trends for our product offering.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen an SEO attribution uptick for Recotap. We got our first SEO-attributed high-intent demo booking on the first day of the article's publication. We've also gotten four high-intent leads through SEO in the last two months and are continuing to grow. Moreover, our brand attribution on LLMs has considerably improved.

How did Definer Brands perform from a project management standpoint?

We're happy with Definer Brands' delivery time and would recommend them to expand their team, as that would allow us to expand the scope of services. We communicate with Definer Brands through in-person and virtual meetings.

We'd like to publish up to four articles per week, while Definer Brands is currently publishing two articles per week.
