Deepstrike conducts Continuous penetration testing for us, both at regular intervals, and at request, when we have any major updates to our platform.

We have access to their platform, where any vulnerability is reported with clear instructions on how to recreate the issue and general guidelines on how to fix it

We also have a Slack channel where we can discuss security recommendations or seek feedback on security related topics.

The tests are done by super skilled cyber security testers, who will use both their own skills as well as best in class hacking tools, to find any vulnerability.

We have access to Deepstrikes platform, where any vulnerability can be tracked and retested once a patch is applied.
We also regularly communicate through Slack, where Deepstrike is very responsive.

Deepstrike has always been very responsive and quick, so I never think we have waited for them to deliver anything to us. The tests have always been conducted very fast and in a professional manner.

DeepStrike did a full security assessment and penetration testing for FinFlx's SaaS products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DeepStrike provided a full security assessment of our system security controls and a deep manual penetration testing engagement. The team focused on making sure we were covering the security standards controls like OWASP, ISO, etc. They also conducted a full-fledged penetration testing on our web portal, APIs, and mobile apps.

DeepStrike's engagement resulted in a big change in the way we implemented security controls and updated our processes and rules. The team strengthened our security controls by highlighting gaps in our implementation and the remediation of critical vulnerabilities in some of our key components.

DeepStrike delivered on time and was very responsive. The team was instant and addressed the time zone differences very well.

A number of security findings were uncovered. The team provided in-depth explanation for each finding, and compiled a comprehensive report. None of these pre-existing issues were uncovered by our previous service provider. The team executed the assignment quickly and thoroughly.

They unearthed two very consequential vulnerabilities that had been overlooked by many others, showing they are very good at what they do, and they alerted us to multiple other vulnerabilities.

There was no set timeline for the project, yet the speed of their work gave the impression that they had a sense of urgency. The penetration test was done within a month.
