The collaboration gave us a solid foundation to better understand and apply Marketing Mix Modeling. We successfully transferred key knowledge into the organization and now feel equipped to further build, test, and evolve our MMM approach in a way that fits our business needs.

The team demonstrated a very structured and collaborative approach to project management. They were responsive, flexible, and consistently open to feedback, adapting quickly to our evolving needs. Despite the complexity of the topic and cross-functional nature of the work, key deliverables were provided on time and with high quality. Communication was clear and proactive, which made the whole experience smooth and productive.

What impressed us most was their ability to combine deep technical expertise with a practical, business-first mindset. They didn’t just build a model—they made sure we understood it, could use it, and could scale it on our own. The clarity of communication, openness to feedback, and genuine commitment to transferring knowledge stood out throughout the entire collaboration.

Are there any areas for improvement or something deepsense.ai could have done differently?

While the overall collaboration was very positive, there is always room to strengthen alignment on expectations at the start of the project—especially when it comes to the level of detail or business context needed to move quickly. In future engagements, an even deeper immersion into our internal processes and decision-making dynamics could help accelerate delivery and enhance impact from day one.

I’m the CEO of a company that provides rapid eye-tracking analysis using webcam-based eye-tracking.

What challenge were you trying to address with deepsense.ai?

We needed support with training a new model for webcam-based eye-tracking for a scientific grant from PARP.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

deepsense.ai has been helping us prepare the model architecture, training prototype, and optimizing the model for live eye gaze prediction (30Hz) by testing several approaches. The team has also been training the model on larger sets of data.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with 3–4 specialists from deepsense.ai.

We found deepsense.ai through a referral and chose them because of their expertise.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

deepsense.ai's work has resulted in better accuracy with every iteration. For example, we've improved from 290px to 99px when it comes to accuracy. Overall, the team has met our goals.
