BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Creative Director/CEO of a clothing retail business. We offer fashion styling and personal shopping services as well.

For what projects/services did your company hire DBO Agency, and what were your goals?

We realised that the brand wasn't getting the attention and awareness that it should have. Our marketing efforts were not yielding the right results so we decided to consult a branding and marketing agency.

How did you select this vendor?

DBO was referred to us by a client. DBO had worked with the client to establish their brand in Nigeria. After reviewing their portfolio and outcomes, and considering other agencies, we decided that the DBO was the best partner to realize our goals for the brand. Their rates were within our budget.

They conducted their research on our current state and our goals and values for the brand and put together a brief which we worked together to flesh out. The scope of work included a new logo, an e-commerce website, digital strategy and social media design and management (social media graphics and posters, copywriting, highlight covers, brand kit, posting schedule and plan)

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

About 5 team members. Our team worked with their Creative Director and Project Manager. They also had a Graphic Designer, Brand Strategist and Digital Marketer on the team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our goals for the brand were brought to life by their team. We gained a unique brand identity and the awareness we envisioned the brand would have.

The project manager for DBO kept our team up to date with the progress of the project vie email and bi-weekly meetings. They requested for our input and feedback every step of the way and they were implemented quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work ethics and commitment to realizing our vision were impressive. They shared the same vision for the brand and that made it easy for the team to realize it.
