Transcripts U.S. is a legal technology company building a platform that helps attorneys find, request and purchase deposition transcripts from court reporting aencies and independent reporters.

Datics AI's work involves developing and improving the TUS platform.

Datics has also worked with us to refine requirements and adjust workflows as our business needs and privacy considerations have evolved.  

This engagement is ongoing, with continued development, testing and prepararation for pilot use.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

A significant milestone was sucessfully establishing a connection to a participating court reporting agency's software management system.  This demonstrated a workable approach to agency integration and moved us closer to importing transcript information with less manual effort.

Datics has also helped us refine the website's design and workflows as our requirements have evolved.  The project is ongoing, and our progress is currently reflected in technical milestones, testing and preparation for pilot use.  Their persistence in working through integration and challenges has been pivotal. 

Datics has taken a collaborative and organized approach to managing our project, with regular discussions, written scopes of work and updates through WhatsApp.  They help us clarify priorities and plan the next stages of development.

As our requirements have evolved, they have listened to our feedback and worked with us to adjust the scope and next steps.  I especially appreciate their patience with revisions and persistence in resolving technical challenges.
