We aimed to improve marketing efficiency, customer targeting, and campaign optimization using Databricks. The team built data pipelines to collect and unify information from CRM systems, web analytics, and ad platforms. Using Databricks Delta Lake, they cleaned and standardized the data to ensure accuracy.

With a solid data foundation, they applied machine learning for customer segmentation and predictive analytics. By analyzing behavior, demographics, and purchase patterns, they identified key customer groups. Predictive models estimated customer lifetime value, churn risk, and conversion likelihood, enabling more precise targeting and personalization. Analyzed past performance, conducted A/B testing, and used multi-touch attribution to measure channel effectiveness. 

They also developed real-time dashboards and automated reports in Power BI and Tableau, giving the marketing team clear insights into engagement, conversions, and ad performance.

Finally, predictive models were integrated into marketing automation tools enabling real-time personalization and automated decision-making.
