The majority of the outdated screens in the new application had to be rebuilt using React Native and updated designs, according to the scope of the project. The team worked together to deliver this early in the new year, and the main deliverables included platform enhancements including the development of an automated deployment procedure for mobile builds.

Particularly when contrasted with our legacy application, the recently redesigned screens are amazing. Present beta testers are thrilled with the outcome and incredibly impressed. We remain on course to deliver in the anticipated time frame.

We gave Cyboticx all of our ideas at first, and after that, their team sent us illustrations of what they could do. We provided them with information and visuals for our brand after our first meeting. The first iteration of the website's design was then provided to us. Once we approved them, their staff got to work creating the website.

They completed the website and translated it into three languages:

• Italian, after two to three rounds of editing.

Afterwards, their group set to work developing the platform's mobile version.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile version of the website is functional as well. Although creating animations and visuals for mobile websites can be challenging, their content is compatible with a wide range of devices. We find the website satisfactory.

All of our initiatives with Cyboticx have left us happy. We are still in collaboration, and working with them is always enjoyable. We have a long-term collaboration ahead of us.

We talked about our objectives for the new site at our kick-off meeting. We began by determining the primary target audiences for the new website and how best to structure the site's architecture to facilitate each of our target audiences' ability to locate content.

Cyboticx then used Figma to build homepage mock-ups. We worked together on the site's UX and graphics through follow-up meetings and comments sent through Figma to create a website mock-up that would better serve our audiences. They are now developing our website on WordPress after we completed the design last week.

Our website is far more elegant and thoughtful of the various audiences within our neighborhood. I believe it will have a significant impact on people's awareness of our business and their ability to locate what they're looking for.

The Cyboticx team looked over the available options for sports game analytics and discovered that optical and wearable tracking devices are frequently utilized in conjunction with football analytics that is more accurate. Then, using computer vision technology and an operating algorithm, they created a functioning prototype that can do everything from set up and calibrate cameras and ground mark to provide statistics. 

During a football game or practice, the prototype can identify a particular player by detecting their position on the field.

This platform will be available to a broad customer base by being situated adjacent to a point-of-sale (POS) system in supermarkets and retail establishments. We worked with 2 senior developers, and 4 as needed developers for when a faster sprint was needed.

Generally well liked, it is clear they have ample experience, and it shows in their work. Very few "bugs" and most items are just good out of the box, so far there has been very limited need for alterations to any work they have done.

I'm a Technical Project Manager at Freelancer.com. I work directly with clients to bring their vision into a real world website/app using freelancers on the platform. This position is known as the Technical Co-Pilot on the client side.

One of my client website (warriorforum.com) was created using really old and deprecated technologies/frameworks and we needed someone to make changes to the functionality and UI of the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

At Freelancer.com we narrow down our best freelancers using a back end tool that categorizes freelancers based on ratings, completed projects and skills. Using this method, we found 5-10 freelancers and while interviewing them, we found Cyboticx to have the most experience.

While mostly communicating through Freelancer.com chat and google workspace chat/meetings, we were able to connect WarriorForum's tech team to Nick (from Cyboticx) who helped us understand the timelines and requirements better. We then onboarded the freelancer by showing them the infrastructure and providing them access to a development server.

Cyboticx's team was extremely proactive in communicating any issues or requesting clarifications on the project scope. They were expected to deliver the front-end changes in a week's time but they were able to complete it in less than a couple days. The stack they had to work with was the following:

There were two people working on this project as far as I know. The main person was the project manager Nick who also worked on the front-end changes and Bart, the back-end developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our client WarriorForum was greatly satisfied with the design changes and functionality changes made by Cyboticx. I was impressed by the attention to detail from the freelancer side as the Figma designs I provided them were replicated and designed without any difference.

The project manager immediately setup a Google Workspace chat as it was a mutual tool used by all of the stakeholders. The project manager was very responsive and didn't hesitate to ask any questions. Overall Cyboticx delivered the project earlier than anticipated and their communication was smooth and snappy.

When functionality changes were requested, they were kind enough to explain to us the technical constraints on the client's infrastructure that was stopping them from implementing that functionality and gave us suggestions on how to overcome it. The speed at which they delivered the project is the most impressive thing about Cyboticx in my opinion.
