CyberQuell migrated our Microsoft 365 environment away from GoDaddy, including the defederation of 10 user accounts, email configuration, domain authentication, and security updates. They ensured our users retained access and resolved mail-flow issues during the transition.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully completed the GoDaddy defederation with no data loss or service disruption. Microsoft 365 administration was transitioned directly to Microsoft, email authentication was validated, DNS issues were resolved, and the client received security documentation and post-migration guidance.
