Our collaboration with Cyberk produced clear, measurable outcomes that validated Stone Reserve as a real on-chain carbon credit protocol. Cyberk delivered the MVP architecture in 28 days, covering Lithos Node firmware design, energy telemetry pipeline, ZK verification flow, smart contracts, and marketplace foundation.

Moreover, the team validated the tokenization logic by successfully minting 5,200+ $vCARB credits in the testnet, each representing 1 MWh of verified renewable energy.We tracked a focused set of KPIs to validate both the ZK verification layer and the carbon credit marketplace. For the ZK verification KPIs, we measured the proof generation time, which was a median of 1.3 seconds and a 95th percentile of 1.9 seconds per energy batch. We also measured the data integrity rate, which was a 100% match between off-chain telemetry batches and on-chain minted $vCARB tokens during test runs.

For the marketplace KPIs, we measured the credit mint-to-list latency, which was a median of 3.2 seconds from verified proof to tradable $vCARB token. Lastly, we measured the audit traceability, which was 100% of credits traceable back to the original device and timestamp in the audit logs.
