Team size: 3 experts. Duration: 6 months. Budget: $20k.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We feel we became more protected by having the vCISO partner supervising our company. Though the cybersecurity improvements are not fully implemented yet, we made a lot of progress with auditing and understanding the risks, formalizing the procedures and implementing the policies, increasing the team cybersecurity awareness and setting up the right tools to manage cybersecurity.

Cyberclew has a very proactive approach, leading on all the aspects of the vCISO project. I would say it is very comfortable to work with such management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive was how quickly we were able to integrate Cyberclew into our processes and how easily they started working with our team. It was hard for me to imagine that such a complex area of knowledge could be so easily decomposed and the key insights made accessible. After almost a year of working together, I can say that the company has consistently exceeded our expectations. Their expertise and support have not only strengthened our cybersecurity measures but also enhanced our overall operational efficiency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cyberclew could have done differently?

I believe every company has its drawbacks, however, for us, Cyberclew’s approach was more than sufficient.

In some cases we were lagging behind and their effective project management workflow pushed us to deliver everything in time. Cybersecurity is not someone's job, it relates to everybody in the company, so there were tasks on us

I was impressed with the way they explained complex things in simple words and make all processes quick and transparent 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cyberclew could have done differently?

I wish they had a full-scale SOC that could completely outsource our cybersecurity operations. They have everything a good SOC needs, such as engineering practice, experience in forensics, and the ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical management members.
