My goal was to get a translation done in a professional way and in a short term as the documentation I had to present was for a law consulting firm so it definitely had to be very accurate and professional. With the terminology of medicine I encounter a bit of difficulty to go find the right person that could complete this service, many translators have different fields and not everyone is capable of translating medical certificates, but they indeed solve my issue in the most efficient and professional way.

Firstly, they contacted me with the confirmation that they had received my form, secondly, they contact me to introduce me to their team in charge and thirdly they sent me a proper quotation within a couple of hours, I was really impressed by the dynamic of the team and especially how Celine, Fabrice and specially Dayle have managed to set up everything in such an efficient way and timing. I can't describe enough how much I admire this kind of person that really pays attention to details and have amazing communication skills! Getting work together with them has been a very pleasant experience.

For how professional and efficient they are, they are very affordable, the amount of time they require to get things done in such a professional way is just outstanding, they really pay attention to the timing at worldwide level, they know how it works in the countries they are translation from and they are aware of special dates as well and they communicate them in case that it could it cause any delay, and that's truly admirable. They really care about their customers and about the importance of delivering the best quality work.

Like previously mentioned, the fact of being able to translate a medical certificate, word by word, respecting every accentuation, punctuation, being aware of the medical terms, its details, and confidentiality that requires such reports to be translated not only from the medical point of of view if not by the law side as well, as this certificate was destined to a law firm company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I can't highlight enough how professional, efficient, quick responders, dynamic and friendly they were, they have been extremely helpful to me, and I do have very high standards and they definitely went beyond and above them, I am extremely happy and beyond satisfied with their work, especially Mr. Dayle who has been assisting me along the way. Therefore there are only words of gratitude from my side and full admiration. If everyone would work the way they do, the world would be a marvelous place indeed.

The project went great. CC offered us a discount given the volume of work coming their way from us. Additionally, this was a very tight turnaround so they offered up a coordination meeting to confirm deadlines, which was very helpful. Additionally they remained flexible through as there was a bit of uncertainty on our end, which was ultimately what made our team feel confident about the end product.

It was great! We sent a document tracker and met a couple of times to manage the workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The customer service is impressive :) Charles and Fabrice are amazing. They always respond immediately to our requests, show flexibility and confidence and are incredibly professional. When I talk to Charles and Fabrice I always feel confident that my job is going to get done well, quickly and of good quality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For the latest job there was a bit of inconsistencies with some technical terms in the translation so we had to re-revise to make sure the document was uniform throughout. In the future a final sweep before sending might make things better.
