We were assigned a main point of contact who laid out a schedule and plan for the various steps: website redesign, keyword research, content creation, etc. My role was clearly assigned (writing content) as were their responsibilities (keyword research, editing, posting social media, etc.)
At one point I needed to change the arrangement due to demands on my time, and the team worked with me to find a new scope of responsibilities that was less demanding on me but still produced quality results.
I'm grateful for their flexibility and willingness to find a solution that works for me rather than try to fit me in a box.
