Our collaboration with HEXIIM Marketing mainly revolved around Facebook advertising, Google marketing, and digital marketing. We provided content, and they suggested the changes to it. For example, I gave them some three or four-minute videos, and they edited them into 15 and 30-second snippets to make them more appealing. They also edited images whenever they found it necessary. While these edits weren’t their primary focus, they’d take care of it to make the ads perform better.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We saw a positive ROI, and HEXIIM Marketing provided the reports we wanted to see, including bounce rates, cost per click, click-through rate, and so on. In the beginning, we tested them for almost two months; our ROI used to be at 1.5, and their team was able to find the right type of content for our audience and improved our ROI to 4–5 consistently, depending on the season. They also have a performance guarantee where they won't accept payment if they don’t perform at a certain level.

How did HEXIIM Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We had daily contact through chat, and they’d provide constant information about content, ads, and such.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were confident about themselves and what they were doing. I’ve worked with agencies like this before, and HEXIIM Marketing stands out with their trust. They don’t require a lot of back-and-forths and get their work done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the beginning of our collaboration, we were a little less satisfied with their work. We had a tight budget, so we were worried about the testing and our ROI. We wanted better results and were thinking about stopping their work. However, they assured us that it was a normal part of the process. In the end, everything was great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with them as much as you can. Sometimes, we’d spend days without replying to them, and they’d send reminders. Because of this, things can get out of hand, which was entirely our fault.

We reached a very high return on ad spend within the first month of facebook ads running, the return was 7x This resulted in us being out of stock for most of our products, as we only had about 12, but we soon scaled our budget more because the results were very profitable

Every 2 weeks we had a video meeting to discuss current outcomes and sharing ideas. They even met us in person a couple times during our colaboration. This was great before we needed to close our shop due to corona stopping our manufacturing.

The certainty in their expertise because they are the only agency I have seen which offers performance guarantee. This is only possible if you are 100% about your service delivery. They have guaranteed great performance and delivered it successfully.

At first I wished they would use our microsoft teams, but their choices of Slack/Google Chat proved to be better options

They told us it could take up to three months to see results. Their team ran a test phase, testing all kinds of ads, and they chose the most profitable ones after a month and a half. We’ve had a stable ROI of 13.5%.

We use Slack internally; it’s been our main communication tool. We also have weekly and monthly calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m really surprised with how quickly they get things done. We gave them information about the new products we had coming in, and they implemented it within a day or two, without asking too many questions. They’re true Google Ads and Facebook Ads specialists, compared to the agency we were working with before.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d like to meet them in person, but that’s a bit harder to do right now. There’s nothing really negative about cadimedia; it’s just the current situation.

I recommend contacting cadimedia. If they say they can help, then that’s probably the case. They proved that they could get us results. We decided to give it a try, and it worked out in the end. They gave us different contract options with a three-month minimum, in order to prove that results could be achieved by then.

When our clients wanted to enter the German market, we needed some native speakers that could review the websites. cadimedia mostly provided social media and SEM services, and then together, we built a conversion rate strategy.

We wanted our clients’ websites to look better, adapt their content, and translate German versions of the site. We built a strategy for those clients.

We’ve worked with them on over 15 projects in total. We began with a smaller project, which was optimization for a client’s website. cadimedia reviewed the German version that the client created before sending us suggestions on what would be the best way to make changes to that version in terms of payment methods and purchase details.

We’re very satisfied. Deadlines are very important to us because we’re connected directly with our clients. Because of this, we appreciate that Dino and his team always got back to us on time proper feedback.

They would provide us with detailed information in terms of reports and screenshots. They described what should be moved around, and it was really helpful. In a few cases, we needed to have additional calls to discuss things. Everything was clear from the comments we received, and it was great because it saved time on both sides.

How did cadimedia perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly use tools like Slack. It’s great because we use Slack and Basecamp internally, and our clients do as well. We were able to connect and communicate through those tools.

In terms of project management, we mostly communicated with Dino. He spoke with the developers and other people on his team. For us, he collected all of the details and then provided information based on what we discussed and requested.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always met the deadlines. There was always extra input from them as well. Their team always took a more in-depth look, providing us with additional reviews from their perspective. It was very helpful because it was a fresh brief for us, and we could look at the same things, but from a different perspective. It helped us think about additional hypotheses on how we can improve certain elements on the site.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. In general, they’re proactive, and it is easy to work with their team. We haven’t had any conflicts or anything like that.

Once you start the cooperation, you’ll see that they have a professional team that knows what they’re doing. They’re great professionals. People should definitely try to work with cadimedia.

At the beginning we exchanged all the main details for cadimedia to get started, and after that they mainly took care of everything as I had asked for. There was not much need for adjustments because we are happy with the results. Next year we are having another strategy session to lay the foundation for 2020.

Simply the knowledge they had about how to reach out to audiences in different countries. They didn't create one same campaign for each country, but personalized all types of ads to match the audience and get a max ROI.

We hired CROHOUSE to improve conversion rates, optimize our Shopify storefront, and increase overall ecommerce performance. The scope included CRO audits, landing page recommendations, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and strategic guidance for scaling revenue. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. 
Communication became inconsistent, project timelines slipped repeatedly, and many recommendations felt generic rather than tailored to our business. While some changes were implemented, the overall impact on performance was minimal compared to what was promised. We also had to spend significant time following up on deliverables and clarifications throughout the engagement.

We did not see the level of measurable growth that was initially discussed. Conversion rates and overall sales performance remained largely unchanged during the engagement, and several initiatives took longer than expected to implement. While some storefront and landing page updates were completed, the overall business impact was limited and did not justify the time and investment involved.

Project management was inconsistent throughout the engagement. Several deliverables were delayed or required repeated follow ups from our side to receive updates. Communication was sometimes slow, and expectations around timelines and implementation were not always clear. Although the team was responsive at certain stages, the overall process felt disorganized and required more oversight than expected from our side.

Their initial sales pitch and positioning were impressive, especially the emphasis on data driven growth and conversion optimization for ecommerce brands. The company presented itself as highly experienced in scaling online stores, which initially gave us confidence in their capabilities. However, the actual execution and overall results did not fully align with those expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CROHOUSE could have done differently?

Communication, execution consistency, and expectation management could have been significantly better. More transparency around timelines, clearer strategic direction, and more proactive follow through would have improved the overall experience. We also expected more customized recommendations and stronger measurable results based on the promises made at the beginning of the engagement.
