We were approached by our client to rebrand their website and expand the portfolio, however, it was an unfamiliar format. Following an issue with updating the website we reached out to Crescat who immediately helped us out. Within two hours of contact the website was back online. The way Crescat assisted us, dealing with the issue in such a professional way, we got them to undertake all of the updates to the website. This key deliverables was a new look for the whole website in a tight timeline.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The issue that first arose was dealt with expeditiously. Lee and his team were very reassuring in their attitude and approach. It became apparent that Crescat needed to assist us with the whole project. They approached as a new project setting out key deliverables and a project timeline. The project was delivered ahead of schedule with constant communication throughout.

We set up a Slack channel (our preferred method) to ensure the Crescat would fit within our workflow. Each stage gate of the process was met from both a deliverables and time perspective. As a brand agency we often changed our mind on the aesthetics of the website and these were integrated quickly and effectively.

Their ability to adapt to the situation and deliver the brief as intended was impressive.

Whilst we initially felt Crescat stuck to their workflow rigidly, it became apparent that this was a much better approach and allowed the project to progress quicker.

Drive competitive advantage through digital acquisition of new customers Crescat has been fundamental to transforming our approach and delivery of performance marketing. They form a key part of our in-house team and are our go to partner when considering options and opportunity for competitive advantage in Paid or SEO. They have consistently over delivered against KPIs and other commercial metrics. 

Enhance our brand positioning through innovative marketing Crescat always bring new and innovative thinking to the table, challenging the organisation to think in a different way. This is however always firmly rooted in a commerciality, mindful of the need to measure impact or return on investment, dependent on project scope/objectives. 

As a department lead this means Board level buy in is far easier to achieve and deliver against. Build our SEO strategy and deliver incremental improvement Over a number of years, balance performance marketing with a longer term investment strategy has always been the objective. Crescat's technical strength in this discipline is second to none, but it is the long-term shared objective of ongoing incremental performance improvement that really stands out.

SEO KPIs (technical and commercial) were all met - every month since April 2021 Paid Search KPIs (commercial) were all exceeded - every month since Sept 2019 Investment - in part, the partnership with Crescat gives the technical resource to increase investment

Working with Crescat is like having another department of colleagues at the end of the email/text/project boards/phone. The alignment in values and purpose, means that projects run to time and budget, and because we're working as "one team" it never feels like agency/client, more a collaborative effort to deliver the best for the business.
