We partnered with CreativeCue to completely redesign our Best of the Bone website, focusing on enhancing overall user experience, brand consistency, and online performance.

Key Deliverables:

UX/UI Design:

Created responsive designs that are seamless on desktop, tablet, and mobile and aimed at driving online conversion. 
Developed easy-to-use navigation, making sure customers can easily browse products and checkout.

Creative & Brand Direction:

Deeply immersed themselves in our brand guidelines, but also added fresh, creative touches to make us stand out online and showcase our unique brand story.

Enhanced our storytelling and highlighting functional benefits by clearly showcasing our products, quality, and brand values.

Designed custom graphics, banners, and icons that truly capture the personality of Best of the Bone.

Content Integration:

Strategically placed content and clear calls-to-action to increase engagement and encourage conversion. 
Optimised product pages to effectively highlight key product features, ingredients, and customer reviews.

In addition to the above, they also provided ongoing design support throughout the build and launch phases, ensuring quality at every step.

• Successfully produced a highly intuitive and polished website design that beautifully showcases our brand and products.

What impressed us most was their genuine ability to immerse themselves in our brand, really understanding who we are and then pushing creative boundaries to bring our vision to life online. Their combination of creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail truly set them apart and the finished result speaks for itself!

Honestly, there aren't any major areas for improvement, Creativecue did a fantastic job. If anything, we'd love even more proactive suggestions around features we could consider for future projects.

The work CreativeCue provides is always on time, and it's always exceptional quality. Their email designs and website designs are among some of the best we've seen. Our clients also love their work as well.

We were in constant communication throughout the projects timelines. If there was a deliverable that took longer than initial expectation, we were able to work through that together to come to a good outcome.
