Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a boutique national law firm. We do nothing but healthcare and life sciences law. I’m the firm’s marketing and business development director, so I do everything from website and graphics to internal and external events.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Works Marketing LLC?

At the beginning of our engagement, we gave them our company logos and color schemes. They’ve worked on designing and distributing products for different events and occasions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Works Marketing LLC (Creative Works) works with us for a number of projects, and most of them involve employee engagement. We order all kinds of trinkets and mementos from them, like mugs, lanyards, flashlights, umbrellas, and different trade items. They did mats and wine glasses for our 20th anniversary party, and they’ve done business products, like folders.

What is the team composition?

We work with the two owners of the company, and they have a graphic designer who does the layouts and other work for them.

How did you come to work with Creative Works Marketing LLC?

I started working with them probably 10 years ago, when I was at a previous firm. They reached out, and we started working with them. Since then, I’ve used Creative Works for every company I’ve ever been in, and I’ve referred them to many people.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve probably spent $10,000 over the last year.

What is the status of this engagement?

At this firm, we officially started working together in January 2020, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everyone always loves and talks about the products that we get from them. The umbrellas that we just got were gorgeous; they matched our color schemes perfectly.

How did Creative Works Marketing LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually communicate via email. We reach out, give them some idea of what we’re looking for, and they’ll provide us with that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their most amazing traits are their personality and the fact that they’re just so easy to work with — they’re the nicest people you could ever talk to. Also, it’s almost like they read my mind at this point. They always know exactly what we’re looking for and exactly what we need.

Additionally, if there’s ever a problem, they go above and beyond to make sure everything’s right. We had one situation where we had an event and a product didn’t come in time. They went, picked it up at the factory, and drove it to where it needed to be for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can think of.

Be very honest and open with what you're looking for, and be willing to let them make suggestions for you.
