The main task for the Creanso team was to develop the entire visual identity for a new brand in the online courses market. This was done alongside designing both the mobile and web applications. Everything had to be created from scratch, including the name, branding, color scheme, and fonts.

Additionally, the app's entire flow, the purchasing process, and quick and easy access to daily courses were key focuses. Creanso’s team initially developed several versions, and after listening to the client's feedback, they prepared further proposals. Ultimately, they delivered a complete product design, which the client is very satisfied with.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the client's active involvement in developing the visual identity, after three iterations, we had refined the brand's branding and the layout of the landing page. This provided a solid foundation to move forward with designing the web and mobile applications.

First, we prepared the main app screens and key functionalities in two versions. The client always had options to choose from, which brought us closer to crafting the final product. The process went smoothly, and with the involvement of several designers, we were able to internally verify concepts before presenting them as final versions.

As a result, I feel confident that the product was developed in a professional manner, combining the expertise of multiple individuals, and created in line with the latest UX/UI standards and trends.

All the work was carried out according to the previously agreed schedule. Communication was smooth, with frequent online meetings, work status updates, and regular prioritization of upcoming tasks. The actions were aligned with my needs and also tailored to the client's expectations.

What particularly impressed me was their pragmatic, business-oriented approach focused on achieving quick results. Their ability to precisely listen to the client's expectations and preferences enabled the efficient development of the final design.

The research phase was conducted very effectively, with a keen awareness of potential competitors and similar products on the market, while also identifying advantages we could apply in our solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Creanso could have done differently?

It's hard for me to point out any areas for improvement. From my perspective, the service was carried out efficiently, on time, and with high quality.

Their ability to balance creativity with practicality makes working with them feel seamless.
