We were concerned about the security of our clients' data. We wanted to check the state of the security system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

To be honest, we were impressed with the price and the number of technologies on the site.

Network Security Assessment and Vulnerability Management are the main technologies that the team has offered us. We were able to observe the process and ask questions. It was a "careful" maximum pentest, to the extent that the company's experts did not touch the network architecture.

In the first stage, CQR specialists performed BlackBox testing. Following the BlackBox testing report, we implemented the suggested remediation. However, the pentest is limited in terms of its duration. We understood that it was not possible to cover all our infrastructure, especially within the tight time limits.

So, CQR managers advised us to determine the most critical components and conduct a WhiteBox pentest. We were impressed by the results we got. It has emerged that we had a couple of critical vulnerabilities that could have allowed a malicious person to compromise our entire system and steal all the confidential data.

We had several cybersecurity specialists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have the result that the CQR team promised us. We spent all the time monitoring vulnerabilities. Now we know the security level of our network, we have the plan to fix potential problems. We have been told how to reduce further risks to zero within the technology we have. We have methods to maintain the proper level of security. We will continue our cooperation with the CQR company, and we will order a re-test soon.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our cooperation was pretty effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We expected a much more expensive price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't say that we were dissatisfied with anything, we will order other CQR services next year.

Our colleagues regularly encounter hacks and database leaks. We realized that there was a possibility that our data could be hacked and leaked to Darknet. We have already lost some data. Furthermore, we didn't want to let that happen again.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It's simple - we compared all the competitors and this company. We are impressed by the amount of technology in just one service. Until now, it seemed impossible, to be honest, which is why we are writing this review.

The specialists of the service conducted a modeling of threats to our system with us. They did pentest, constant monitoring, audits for all the threats that we have identified, Breach Detection, Exploit monitors. These are some of the technologies that we ordered from them. The most important thing they did was to stop the leakage of data through the external port that our competitors were using. And solved other ongoing privacy threats.

Both sales managers and developers and heads worked with us. It was as if everyone was interested in the best solution to our personal problems. That's nice.

After working with CQR, namely the CryEye product, sociological surveys have shown us that the level of citizens' trust in us has increased. We do not tolerate reputational losses, and we have reliable tools to ensure cybersecurity and further

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

10 minutes is the average response to our question from a sales manager. All deadlines were agreed upon and met. We liked the meetings where every aspect that bothered us and was important to us was dealt with in detail. This was all factored into the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the competence. I have not yet seen such unique offerings for cybersecurity. My team was impressed back at the first rally with the sales managers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Personally, I don't know what can be improved in this company. They have touched every aspect of our cyber defense. They even trained our co-workers (I was involved as well) to resist the social engineering that hackers use. Before that, we were falling into these traps
