CPG Edge is managing 5 of our Amazon accounts, spanning across 3 different countries. They write copy for our new product listings, suggest imagery to the creative department, set up and run ads to foster sales. On weekly basis, we review progress in sales, look at our inventory levels and adjust as needed.

They deliver on time and are very fast in getting back to us on any questions. We continue to expand the scope of their deliverables and responsibilities because of how good their performance continues to be.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They treat our business as their own. We've connected on regular basis about issues that pop up way outside of regular business hours. Most vendors will sit on a problem for days before they react and by that time - we've lost a lot in potential sales. CPG Edge is different - I truly view them as an extension of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CPG Edge could have done differently?

I wish they were our in-house team and we had them all to ourselves. They are a pleasure to work with.
