Phase one was messaging and positioning with a key deliverable of a messaging playbook.
This included a competitor analysis, buyer persona messaging, and our elevator story snd pitch. 
Phase 2 with external PR and Brand building. Deliverables include included media coverage in targeted publications, byline articles to drive thought leadership, and measurement and reporting.

Corporate Inc always over delivered on their KPI's each quarter. Our media visibility and share of voice grew qoq at high rates.

They made this easy for me. I felt like they were on my team and were always there when I had any need with a quick response. The weekly meetings that they held always shared progress, timelines and next steps. Quarterly they would share metrics and the new plan based on data.

I did not get turned over to a junior team after signing the contract. The team I worked with was amazing and made me feel like they were on my team not just another vendor to manage. 

Also the writing was amazing and they deeply understood our industry and how to leverage stories to get us coverage.

I cannot think of anything. I loved working with Corporate Inc.

We had a goal to elevate the company and our solution to drive more inbound opportunities as well as position ourselves as the clear industry leader. Within the first year CorporateInk helped us get several awards, numerous bylines, and several media placements. Over time their work ensured that we were included in stories and press reached out to us directly for commentary.

The team were not only industry and PR experts, they were very data driven. They provided quarterly updates including coverage, reach, share of voice, and industry insights and trends. They proactively provided recommendations for awards, coverage, pitches, bylines, and even event speaking opportunities. 

The team also helped us with crisis communications when needed. They were incredibly responsive and proivded helpful recommendations while we navigated difficult waters.

The team was proactive, responsive, and continually tracked progress.  We had bi-weekly team meetings where we sometimes brought in cross functional leaders. Every quarter we reviewed the detailed analysis of results. Twice a year we did a business reviews with the CEO to discuss business objectives, review results, and plan for the next 6 months. 

The team provided ongoing communication via email including tracking deliverables, content reviews, and coverage updates.

Corporate Ink was a true business partner. The team were not only experts in the space, they were very data driven. They looked at media trends, coverage, and provided detailed insights to support their recommendations.

The team were proactive and brought recommendations for what we could do and how we could continue to get better coverage. They didn't just talk about PR but also the impact we could have on AI search results and even overall business results.

The team is a joy to work with. Very collaborative, friendly and fun. We felt like they were a true extension of our team rather than an agency.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a 254% increase in earned media hits year-over-year (YoY), from 61 to 216. Additionally, we've seen a 46% increase in website traffic YoY, a 19% increase in organic web traffic, and a 58% growth in LinkedIn followers YoY. We've also seen a $2.9 million marketing-sourced deals and 48% of the later-stage pipeline.

I don’t think people realize how rare it is to work with the same exact PR team for years… let alone bring them with you to four different companies. Including your own!

They’ve seen every version of me. The early days when I was figuring it out as I went. The “oh wow this is real pressure” era. The storyteller trying to change how industries talk about themselves. And now, the version of me building something from scratch.

And the writing?? Unreal. Not trendy. Not bloated. Just good. The kind of writing that makes complicated, technical stuff actually make sense without draining the life out of it. They’ve been doing that since before AI tools existed to make everyone sound the same. You cannot fake or automate that level of talent.

Also (and this is big) I’ve sent people I genuinely love to work there. Family friends. People whose careers I actually care about. That only happens when you trust how a place treats everyone, not just clients.
