Fairmarkit brought on Corporate Ink to lead our public relations. Our goal was to elevate our earned media, share of voice and overall brand recognition in our highly competitive space for procurement technology.

Share of voice: We achieved the coveted #1 spot for share of voice in our category.

AI search: We achieved the #1 ranking in AI search, beating out much larger competitors.

Corporate Ink's creativity and strategic prowess is best in class. They offered up new pitch angles every week, and those pitches almost always resulted in earned media coverage for Fairmarkit. That consistent coverage ultimately drove up our share of voice, brand recognition and inbound sales.

The team is a joy to work with. Very collaborative, friendly and fun. We felt like they were a true extension of our team rather than an agency.

We brought Corporate Ink on board to help spread the word about our company. We've increased our share of voice significantly and have also seen a massive increase in brand awareness through earned media.

Corporate Ink provides media pitching, award management, content creation, and social media assistance. They manage large campaigns for us, which typically include industry/vertical market surveys. The team takes the data and turns it into reports, infographic wireframes, blogs, and social posts — and promotes it all with the media.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a 254% increase in earned media hits year-over-year (YoY), from 61 to 216. Additionally, we've seen a 46% increase in website traffic YoY, a 19% increase in organic web traffic, and a 58% growth in LinkedIn followers YoY. We've also seen a $2.9 million marketing-sourced deals and 48% of the later-stage pipeline.

I don’t think people realize how rare it is to work with the same exact PR team for years… let alone bring them with you to four different companies. Including your own!

They’ve seen every version of me. The early days when I was figuring it out as I went. The “oh wow this is real pressure” era. The storyteller trying to change how industries talk about themselves. And now, the version of me building something from scratch.

And the writing?? Unreal. Not trendy. Not bloated. Just good. The kind of writing that makes complicated, technical stuff actually make sense without draining the life out of it. They’ve been doing that since before AI tools existed to make everyone sound the same. You cannot fake or automate that level of talent.

Also (and this is big) I’ve sent people I genuinely love to work there. Family friends. People whose careers I actually care about. That only happens when you trust how a place treats everyone, not just clients.
