We wanted to change our approach to marketing, adding a lot of articles and tutorials to our blog, around 20 a month. This is why we needed a qualified copywriter or even several copywriters - and this is how we found the ContentTeam.

We selected ContentTeam after they wrote test articles for us. Before ContentTeam we tried other agencies and they failed at some point. But ContentTeam successfully passed all our tests and provided (and still provides) great content for us.

It's pretty simple: we collect keywords and references and send a task to ContentTeam, they calculate the cost and after the prepayment, they start writing. Usually, in a few days, most articles are ready. If I have any issues with the text, they edit it until it's perfect.

We work with a manager, accountant and editor, US native.

Our organic traffic increased by 50% this year and keeps growing.

We have a chat to discuss plans, costs and tasks. This is a very convenient way of communication with the team.

They are great people to work with. It's been a pleasure working with them for over a year now.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes copywriters have a very different style. And in spite they have a great editor, you still need to attentively check the articles, as sometimes writers don't understand the subject.

Our goal was to find native-speaking copywriters to create articles about financial services in English and native-speaking translators to adapt them for Italy, France, and Germany. We are expanding our presence in Europe, so we need content to ensure potential clients that we are reliable professionals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found out from my partners that the Contenteam remote editorial team works with native-speaking authors in my target languages. That’s why we decided to try. They provided a good text in English and translated it into Italian, French, and German. When we were sure that the written and translated texts were great, we started our collaboration.

We gather the most frequent SEO requests. Contenteam native speakers check them and define those that make sense for their countries. After that, we provide the team with topics and keywords we want to target. We have uniqueness and readability requirements. The editor-in-chief submits the final texts within four days. If we need any changes, they correct texts within a day.

From the beginning, we have been communicating with an editor-in-chief (Darya). We know that at least three specialists work on every article. They are a native writer, an expert in finance, and a native editor.

At first, we wanted to write articles in English and translate them into three languages. Then, we understood that translations are not what we need. When you write about finance for different countries, you should understand the features of domestic legislation. So, we needed not just translators but Italian, German, and French native speakers who could write unique expert articles.

However, we didn’t have to look for another agency. Contenteam provided us not only with translators but expert authors in several languages. So, we changed our concept and started writing articles in 4 languages. We are happy to cooperate with Contenteam because they provide a wide range of services. They are good at everything we need regarding content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In the beginning, an editor-in-chief (Darya) offered a schedule when the team would provide articles. It’s an effective way to organize the working process — we know when we will get a new text. They always write texts on time. If we need any changes, they correct them fast. So, even though there may be corrections, we know our working process won’t be affected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were surprised that the quality of texts doesn’t depend on the language or author. We know that every text is checked by an expert in finance. Moreover, authors are also familiar with the finance niche and are capable of creating additional value to our materials planned. When they provide articles, we shouldn’t worry about the quality and correctness of the information.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

By now, there is nothing to complain about.

The copywriter does the job relying on our guidelines, but they usually also do their own research. Sometimes we also ask the manager to involve a marketer on their side to do additional marketing research to ensure the best performance.

We usually interact with their manager, but there are also a copywriter and marketer working on our projects in the background. In some cases, we discuss the details directly with the copywriter.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Three SEO articles written by Contenteam gathered thrice as much views as our usual articles (written not by this team) do.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As soon as we needed an article, email copy, or text for a website page written, we contacted the manager on their part and discussed our project, requirements, pricing, and the deadline that would be convenient for both of us. The guys currently continue working on an article for our blog, and we're planning to give them more.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team is always creative and attentive and does research before writing articles or texts for our web pages. Also, the guys are flexible when it comes to deadlines or minor corrections, so we can always reach a compromise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We've been thinking about moving our task management from a chat to a task tracker tool and speeding up our payment process. However, the team is really flexible and always open to all our suggestions.

Our selection was based on a recommendation from our partners. We needed to pick a team of writers that are deeply immersed in software development mechanisms.

We worked according to the following scheme: The editor-in-chief conducted several interviews with the team and collected data for the case studies. Contenteam's editor-in-chief connected with our marketing specialist to work on the content plan, then interviewed and proposed an expanded version of the content plan for social media platforms, which we approved. Following that, the Contenteam authors wrote a series of materials on it. It took Contenteam about 2-3 weeks to prepare 4 case studies. The content plan was created in a week.

All the materials created by Contenteam are still attracting new clients for our company. Case studies and QA serve the main need of our website -- answer questions of our potential clients. Organic traffic also increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via Telegram chat and arranged meetings via Zoom. The Contenteam crew always commits to the deadlines and promises they set. Our collaboration feels more like a real partnership rather than a mere client-vendor relationship. Victoria, the editor-in-chief, who worked on our project, was amazingly friendly and always went along with our wishes and remarks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Contenteam crew amazed us with their unique approach to content creation. They have their own IT content expertise department. There are practicing IT professionals in the team, and they always come up with out-of-the-box ideas for content. The team always approaches the creation of IT materials in terms of business benefits for the client and makes them engaging, interesting, and very professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We enjoyed working with Contenteam and would work with them again. They have a great flexible approach to the clients and are extremely motivated to create valuable and engaging content that drives lead generation. For now, I don't see any issues for improvement.

I'm editor in chief of the Blog which is owned by a finance service company. We provide content about personal finance, investments, savings and trading.

We needed to deliver around 200 articles (almost 150,000-200,000 words) about trading in two months to launch our trading media. The texts should be of expert level and meet strict SEO and policy requirements.

We examined Contenteam’s previous experience and deliverables and discussed the project pipeline. The team was flexible in adjusting to our demands, while the examples were of high quality (both the English language and the team’s proficiency in trading).

We prepared a content plan with requirements and passed it over to Contenteam. They assembled a team of authors, experts, and proofreaders that started to work on the project immediately. We promptly received all the articles with little to no edits. What is more, once some texts were delivered, the team took into account our comments when working on other texts, which resulted in almost no edits.

US native copywriters, an expert, and proofreaders are involved in the project. We communicate with the founder, editor in chief, a marketing expert, and lawyer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Contenteam delivered 200 articles about trading within two months. The texts met our policy and SEO requirements, were of high quality, and had no grammar or punctual mistakes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The pipeline never stopped working, which allowed us to get expert content within a short time frame. Mostly, we are in touch with the team via Telegram, but if needed, we schedule a video meeting. All the deliverables are recorded in Google Sheet, so the processes are transparent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Contenteam has a reliable team that can deliver a lot of high-quality expert articles without any involvement from our side. This allows us to focus on core business while being sure we will receive texts in time and won’t spend extra time on edits.

If something arises, we discuss this and the changes are implemented promptly.
